All new life
Chp 1 A new life
Harry Potter was not dumb nor Hermione Granger so innocent.
Truth be told both had a very Slytherin side to them.
Together they had found that anything you could want in the wizardly world there was a law that gave it to you. You just had to do two things.
One be smart enough to know where to look.
Two have enough prestige to carry through what you wanted.
Luckily between the two they had everything covered.
After the fall of voldermort the wizarding world went on spree of imprisonment. Any man or women who was even suspected of being dark was locked away.
Harry and Hermione though along with Remus had few problems with this.
The few problems that they did have however were very big problems.
It took only a week for Hermione to discover exactly the law they needed. With her new status as Hogwarts Headmistress she had all the books and resources at her fingertips.
Implication of the plan was just as easy if not more. Harry Potter, boy who lived, savior of the wizarding, and newly appointed Minster of magic, could do no wrong.
Harry hadn't even needed to tell anybody, due to another loophole on wizarding law.
All he needed to push a law through was the signature of one other lead minster of the ministry.
Just another reason to visit Remus in The Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures today.

Harry woke up smiling. Today was was the day.
Harry dressed rather quickly before heading downstairs to find Hermione already dressed leaning against the counter and sipping gingerly on her morning coffee.
Harry kissed his best friend on the check in greeting.
"Didn't sleep much." Harry spoke softly resting his head on the girl's shoulder while his hands sat on the her waist.
She carded her fingers through his hair. The soothing moment would have seemed more then freindly to anyone looking in.
Their relationship however wasn't.
Hermione had found after her divorce with Ron that she liked holding control in her relationships.
Ron had thought Hermione was crazy for attempting to take what he though was a man's place in his home.
Needless to say the marriage had ended quickly and the next day he had her moved into the newly renovated Potter Manor.
Her attitude towards him seemed to take on a very maternal nature and caused him to relax.
"Everything will be fine Harry. In a few hours the hard part will be over."
Harry lifted his head to grace her with a smile.
In a few hours time Harry, Hermione, and Remus would have evoked a very old wizarding law allowing any prisoner to be released from Azkaban to serve the rest of their sentence out under the supervision of the Minster.
In plain speak the law was allowing slavery of prisoners but even dark magic can be used to aid the light.
They had no intention of harming any of the men they would be releasing today.
All of the prisoners had someone who wanted and wanted to care for them deeply and Harry was convinced that through that all of them could change.
After all the only difference between himself and Tom Riddle had been Harry found love.
This would work they all knew it.
Hermione Granger Headmistress of Hogwarts would take on Lucius and Draco Malfoy.
Remus Lupin Minster of the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures and his husband Bill Weasley would take one Severus Snape.
That just left Harry Potter Minster of Magic. He had his eyes on a set the Lestrange brothers.
Harry was refueled once again with the legendary Gryffindor courage.
"Come on Mione let's go get them."
