Elixir

It was in Harry Potter’s fifth year at Hogwarts, that the world had truly gone mad. It was a new discovery by none other than Serverus Snape, he created a true elixir of eternal youth. With no side effects, it truly gave the drinker eternal youth if consumed every new moon. The ingredients we not overly hard to come by except one. The main ingredient was the seed of young virgin boys, not just any boys though it seemed that the potion need halfblood or muggleborns. For what ever reason the seed of a pure blood would render the potion useless.

With this new information the wizarding world changed over night, long gone was the thought of a possible revived Dark Lord. In it place the ministry place new law in regards to the production of the potion for the majority of the wizarding world that could afford it. As the new Law states all muggleborn and halfblood boys were no longer considered a person but property of the ministry. They would stay that way until there 18th birthday as of such they would be sold to the highest bidder for there virginity and a life of servitude.
