It's seems a bit unrealistic that the ministry would turn anyone who wasn't pureblood into a slave without Voldemort being revived and taking over first, but at the same time it's truly an intriguing concept that I'd love to see more chapters of. I hope you find a good Beta soon :3
I'd offer myself but I'm insanely absent minded myself and generally not good with giving suggestions for a story without totally making them dramatic as hell and yaoi filled to the brim so I'm not exactly the best option lol. I'm good with grammar though! Either way good luck catching yourself a good Beta :3

The idea is good and I believe I've never seen it done before. It's hard to tell if it's going to be a good story, everything depends on what you do with it. But judging by those two short paragraphs, your writing and a new and refreshing idea I believe that it can be one of those fics that I'll be checking everyday for possible updates.
