this is my first fanfiction so enjoy.
I own nothing to do with Harry Potter, only the storyline, well not even that a friend gave me the story but doesnt want to be named.

Prolouge.....
HERMIONE POV
I sat at the end of my bed. mum and dad had taken me on holiday to Cornwall, as a reward for completing my owls. Having finished my 5th year at Hogwarts I was soon going start my 6th year i couldnt wait,I just wanted to put the events that had happened since last year behind me of course HE would never allow that to happen. I was deep in thought when I heard a tap at the window. Outside was an elegant black owl holding something in its beak. opening my window I took the object from its beak.
It was a black rose with a note tied arond its stem. taking the note I trembled knowing what it would say, i unfolded the note, noticing the elegant penmanship and inwardly cursing.
" why is he doing this?"
Dearest Hermione,
why are you ignoring me my darling. I had hoped you would of learnt by now but clearly not, no matter, you will see sense eventually my love. My son tells me you are STILL very close to the potter boy. I warn you my dearest he will pay if this is true.
ill be seeing you soon, and alot more.

The letters i recieve now are always the same, him confessing his undying love for me and how i will give into him. But they never started out like that. The first note was a complete mystery. I can laugh as i think of it now, but of course it never remained that way.
My life seemed to spiral out of control on my 16th birthday. Thats when it all began as far as im aware.
When the first letter arrived i ignored it, any one would after all. It only stated that I deserved better in life no matter my blood status. There was nothing threatning to be concerned about, at first i just thought the letter was from a concerned friend worried about the war.
On the same day i recieved a package with a beautiful diamond necklace. Inside the box was a card with four beautiful elegant words written on it.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY
MY HERMIONE
To say the least i was stunned, i knew the handwriting was the same from the letter i had recieved. However against my better judgement i left it. What a mistake that was.
I recieved nothing for months and i was pleased any worries i may of had had been pushed to the back of my mind. I kept my mind focused on the exams and of course helping Harry.
Dispite what people may have thought, i was glad when i finished my final exam. I was looking forward to relaxing, so i went to my dorm.
And thats when it started again, cause there on my bed was a black rose with a note by the side with the same elegant handwriting.
I remember when i opened that letter my heart almost stopped. I had no idea it was him and i still had my doubts, but when i saw the black owl outside my window i was certain it was true, after all it was the same owl the Draco recieved his mail from.
I can still remember the letter word for word 5 months later
Dearest Hermione,
I must say i am sorry to have left it so long to write to you. However i felt with your examinations, you did not need the distractions. Did you like my birthday gift? I thought you would love it. However my son informs me you have not worn it. No matter there are times and places for such exquisite necklaces and school is not one of them.
Ill be seeing you soon.

And unfortunatly he kept that promise, near the end of school he came to the school to see Draco.
At the time me and Harry had been walking down the halls of Hogwarts holding hands. Yes me and Harry Potter had been dating for a few months but hardly anyone knew. So when we rounded the corner and ran into Mr Malfoy, to say he was an angry would be an understatment, as soon as he saw me holding his hand he had his wand out trained at Harry. However he knew he couldnt attack him in school.
Harry was completely confused cause i never told him about the letter but Lucuis soon filled him on and i explained the rest later.
But Harry defended me and told him that we were together and nothing would get in the way of that. I am always stunned at how much courage he has.
Lucius looked at me that day with a look that told me it wasnt over.
He then looked at Harry and growled in a deadly voice that Harry would pay with his life if we continued and then he just left.
The letters of course continued and now with the threat to Harry we went to the headmaster but he told me that there was nothing he could do, but he would try his best to protect me.
I ignored the letters and the presents he was a man obsessed and i was his obsession and i had hoped that by ignoring him he would get the message.
which brings me back to the present day. Looking at the paper,i tore it up,clearly ignoring him had not worked.
However i dont care at the moment. In 1 hour i will be picked up and taken to the weaslys cause we are going to the Quiditch World Cup and i cant wait. I just hope he is not there.
Refusing to think about it,i headed downstairs to say good bye to my parents.

Okay yeah i almost completly rewrote this but i did make a lot of mistakes,mind you im on a lot of pain killer right know cause i fell down the stairs and broke my foot. i know,im an idiot what makes it worse is it was only 4 steps but it was enough lol.
