A/N: a big ‘Thank you!’ to my beta Underlucius. Could not have done this without her.

“I’m bored.”
“Mmm.”
“Sooooo bored.” A boot flew across the room and hit the wall.
“Go kill a Muggle then,” Severus murmured without looking up from the book he was reading.
“Been there, done that,” Lucius whined.
“Excuse me?” That got his attention. “Did I hear this correctly? Lucius Malfoy is not interested in killing a Muggle?” He dropped his book and looked over his shoulder at his friend who he was leaning against.
“Ah, come on, Sev... torturing, screams and begging, blood and then the killing. Enjoyable, yes. Exciting, hardly,” Lucius whined and threw another boot at the wall.
“Hey, don’t mess with my stuff!” Evan walked into the dormitory. “And my best pair too!”
“Those are your er, best?” Lucius gave him a pathetic look.
“Leave, Evan. I’m sure you can pick up whatever you wanted later on.” Severus started Evan into obedience with just one look. He left the dormitory immediately.
“Sev...”
“WHAT?! I’m studying, Lucius!”
“Ah, come on! You can study later,” Lucius complained. “You’re always studying.”
“Not when you’re fucking me.”
“Which reminds me..” Seductive fingers trailed over his neck and back.
“Merlin, stop it!” Deciding that he had enough, Severus got up and plunged down on a bed at the opposite end of the room.
“Play with me?” Lucius drawled, anything but impressed.
“Gods, you can be such a spoiled brat at times! Not now. I’m not exactly in the mood, Luc,” Severus snapped.
“Don’t call me that! Ever!” Before he even knew what hit him, Severus was laying on the cold stone floor looking up at the bed where he had been laying on only a second ago.
Slowly he rolled on his stomach and looked up to see a very angry Lucius standing in front of him with extracted wand.
“You’re so beautiful when you are angry,” Severus grinned, getting back on his feet as if nothing happened.
“As much as you enjoy being tormented and as much as I enjoy giving you the privilege of excruciating pain, this is not the play I had in mind,” Lucius snorted.
“It’s not? What a pity.”
“Not now, anyway,” Lucius chuckled maliciously.
“You’re sure? As you may have noticed, I’m not studying right now... “ Severus pulled his lover closer and kissed him with fierce determination.
“Later, my pet, later, “ Lucius purred, bit the bottom lip of the other until he drew blood and walked away, making sure there was some distance between him and his now very willing lover.
“I’m listening.” Knowing he would be denied of his fun, it was now Severus who looked bored.
“Let’s make a bet.”
“Oh gods... “ Severus moaned, “and why would I want to do that?”
“Because if you win you get to control me for a period of 24 hours?” Lucius smiled one of his very seductive smiles.
“Control as in unconditionally?”
“Yes.”
“That is very... tempting, indeed.” Severus slowly nodded his head. “One condition though...”
“What?” Lucius grew impatient.
“Let someone else pick the challenge.”
“Ah... “ That was clearly not what Lucius had in mind.
“What?” Severus asked very innocently.
“Very well then. A Malfoy never backs down. LeStrange?”
“Acceptable.”
They left the dormitory and went directly to the common room, knowing their fellow Slytherin would be there now. They found him playing chess and immediately propounded their case to him.
“How interesting... “ LeStrange smirked, looking up at his two friends. “Let’s see... no magic, there’s really no challenge in that. You are both equally good at that.”
“Really, now?” Lucius clearly had views of his own. “I was under the impression that-“
“And we don’t want bloodstains on this lovely carpet, now do we?” LeStrange interrupted him with a defiant look.
“Don’t insult my intelligence, LeStrange,” Lucius hissed, obviously insulted.
“Never, Malfoy. How about a game of chess then?”
“I agree,” Severus smiled self-confident. He was very good at chess and knew it.
“Chess it is,” Lucius nodded reluctantly, giving their fellow Slytherin a withering glare. LeStrange knew he wasn’t able to beat Severus at chess very often. But, as he had said before, a Malfoy never backed down. LeStrange would be dealt with later.
“Gentlemen... be my guests.” Their friend offered them his own chess-set.
“We’ll play in the dormitory,” Lucius demanded. Severus shrugged and followed him.
They played. Severus calm and focussed and Lucius increasingly irritated and restless, after making a few costly errors. The fact that several pawns dared to argue him out of certain decisions obviously didn’t help either.
“Unconditionally was the right word, if I remember correctly?” Severus asked in a silky voice, smiling at his extremely annoyed friend. Lucius nodded curtly.
“If you will excuse me... I have to make some arrangements.” Severus stood up from the bed and left.
Two hours later Severus cheerfully returned to find his friend still sitting on his bed in the dormitory.
Lucius looked up at him with a very suspicious look. “Well?” He clearly demanded an explanation for the smug expression that was showing on the face of his friend.
“Being the good friend that I am, I have decided that you will only have to serve me for four hours.” Severus smiled a very content smile.
“You are also a Slytherin. Please forgive me for not going into ecstasies over it.,” Lucius returned coldly, narrowing his eyes.
“Don’t worry, you will survive. Just make me proud.” Severus led his now strikingly silent friend to the edge of the Forbidden Forest. “We will use one of these shoes as a Portkey.”
They touched the shoe and seconds later Lucius found himself at the back of some building. He slowly walked around to the front.
“You. Can. Not. Be. Serious!” he hissed, withering Severus with a glare.
“Oh, but I am, my love... I am,” his friend chuckled. “Come on, then. You don’t want to be late for your appointment, now do you?”
Lucius stared daggers at him but had no choice and followed Severus into the busy building.
“Ah, young Mister Snape! And right on time, too!” Out of nowhere came an older man who greeted them with great enthusiasm. “And this must be your friend?” He looked curious at the boy with the long silvery hair.
Lucius arched a supercilious eyebrow at him and remained silent.
“Ah... yes... well, it is so very wise of you to be wanting more working experience, Mister Malfoy, and since we are always willing to lend a helping hand... First things first though – here is our uniform. Put it on and wear it with pride.”
Lucius stared at the clothes that were handed to him. For a long time. Not only was he forced to wear these disgusting ‘clothes’ , he had to wear red and yellow clothes. And an, er, cap?
“The yellow has a lovely resemblance to gold, don’t you think?” Severus gave him his most innocent smile. “Go change then!”
Mumbling the most dreadful curses Lucius stepped into the office and shut the door. Loudly.
As soon as he re-appeared, the manager took him behind the counter. Severus followed and watched with interest as Lucius was put up to his new duties.
“Me! Working! And for muggles! This is so unworthy of me!”he hissed the moment the manager walked away for a moment. “You are going to pay for this!”
“So, do you understand it all?” The manager was back. “Young Mister Snape. Would you like to place an order so we can see if everything is going well?”
“With pleasure. I will have a BigMac with french fries, please,” Severus ordered.
Within two minutes his order appeared on the counter in front of him.
“Perfect! And what is the last thing you will say, Mister Malfoy?”
“Have a nice day, sir,” Lucius gritted through his teeth with a smile that began to look dangerous.
“Perfect again! You are ready so I will leave you to it then.” The manager looked at Severus before walking away again.
“Yes, I will go now. Good luck, Lucius,” Severus chuckled.
“I will deal with you later,” his friend snarled. “I will make you beg for death!”
“Oh, I sincerely hope so.” Severus turned around and left the building, whistling a happy tune. He went directly back again, knowing he was expected.
“I owe you one, LeStrange.” For once, it would be worth it.
“I know.”
