This story was a fabulous glimpse into the youthful machinations of the Slytherin psyche and ego in the persons of Snape and Malfoy and LeStrange. Even at those ages, their personalities were already perfected and the interplay was terrific. It was totally believable that Snape and Lucius would have that type of relationship. I loved that Snape got the best of Lucius, but we all know it won't be for long.
