Kit Coyote: The son of the Amerind Spirit Coyote and a Human Shamaness. Orphaned at an early age he was raised by the Grand Shaman Spirit Singer and the elves of Elfhame Spirit Peak.
Shippo: A Kitsune (fox demon) and leader of the Sunset Kitsune Clan. He is Kit's estranged lover due to his involvement in the death of Hanako's mother.
Toshiro: Shippo's half-Human son.
Hanako: Kit's step-daughter. A Kitsune and irresistibly cute.
The Mortals:
Albus Dumbledore: Headmaster of the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
Harry Potter: A student of Hogwarts.
Hermione Granger: A student of Hogwarts.

Author's Notes (A/N): This is a continuation of the Coyote Tricks stories. It started out as an original character for some cross-overs to explore some issues in my favorite Anime series. But now it has turned into its own story arc while continuing to take place in different story universes. It would help to read the earlier Coyote Tricks stories to understand everything that is going on with the original characters, particularly the relationship between Kit and Shippo. In order written those are Coyote Tricks (CT), CT: Outfoxed, CT: The Bone Eaters Well, CT: Fox Child.
My wife Foxfur is a fan of Harry Potter and SG1 so that is why the latest venue of the saga takes place in the Harry Potter universe. As with all CT stories I work in story universes I can successfully intermingle, thus this story universe includes Ranma, Inuyasha, Yu Yu Hakashu, Read or Die (cameos in this story), and Stargate SG1 (coming next story). Expect occasional cameo references to other series as well.
Coyote Tricks is an equal opportunity adult story, meaning it has both homosexual (Yaoi) relationships and heterosexual (Lemon) relationships. While I enjoy writing bi and gay relationships, I also try to keep the realization that bi/gay characters are a minority in life. I will make clear though that if you're looking for HP sex in this story you will probably be disappointed. This is set in a mythical school year inserted after Prisoner of Azkaban. I categorically refuse to have sexual scenarios with characters under the age of 17 so you won't be seeing Harry, Ron or any of the students hopping in bed. The adult relationships will be between adults, well there might be a little flirtation with students.
Update 9/3/206: I have let this story sit idle while the site was undergoing its moves and reformating. This gave me a chance to really sit back and rework the story line. I'll be reposting the chapters already posted to update these changes and start posting again soon.
