Hermione walks into the cell and immediately feels the coldness and all of the happiness was sucked out of her, not that she had any when she received an invitation to see, the woman she loved secretly, sentenced to death. \"Tonks, I can’t let you go, you mean so much to me,\" Hermione said while she was sobbing on Tonks\' shoulder.
\"Hermione, you have to understand. I killed Rufus because he was under the control of the imperious curse...but they just don’t believe me.\"
\"Tonks you just don’t get it, I was never in love with Ron. I was always secretly in love with you. Now can you see why I can’t let this happen, with all the Weasley\'s dead, then Dumbledore, then Harry, I can’t loose you. I DONT WANT TO BE ALONE!\" she bellowed as Tonks was about to protest.
\"That is just it Hermione, with Dumbledore gone I have no chance...I\'m sorry.\"
\"Hermione it is time to leave,\" Fudge said pulling her out of the cell, \"please this is hard enough for me, say your goodbyes, they won’t be your last.\"
\"I love you Hermione,\" tanks whispered into her ear. At that moment the Dementors took Tonks away and Hermione started crying, not tears of sadness but tears of joy.
\"How did you know I had my time turner?\" Hermione asked to fudge as they were walking out of Azkaban.
\"What are you talking about?\" said fudge with the slightest smile on his face, \"26 clicks should bring you back to the last day of your seventh year.\"
\"Asio BROOM!\" Hermione shouted as her clean sweep, she inherited from Ron, came clear into the sunset. That day Hermione flew halfway around London to her flat where she dug up her time turner and spun it around 26 times and ended up at her party in London for everybody’s graduation.

\"Hermione can I talk to you outside for a moment,\" asked Tonks. When they left nobody noticed because they were all up in conversation about previous years in Hogwarts. \"Hermione I really want you to be careful rumor has it that some of the ministry workers are under the imperious curse and that Voldemort has twice as many death eaters on his side.\"
\"Tonks I need to tell you something, I...\" and at the moment the music stopped and beams of red light shot out of the windows of the house.”Holy Shit....what the hell was that. Tonks we need to get to my flat in London.

\"There all dead couldn’t you tell that was the killing curse!\" she shouted. Of course Hermione knew that it was the killing curse because she had already known what happened

\"Tonks I used my time turner to come back to this time to tell you that...\"
\"Hermione you can tell me or ask me anything you know that.\"
“You are going to be sentenced to death and I came back in time to tell you that I love you.\"
Tonks didn’t say anything because she was completely speechless, but after a while she only said a few things. \"Death and love? Why am I sentenced to death?\"
\"That doesn’t matter right now!\" she yelled. Hermione didn’t say anything because she was planning on killing Rufus herself because she couldn’t see Tonks die. \"What matters is I love you.\"
Totally unexpected Tonks kissed Hermione and both of there bodies tingled. \"I love you too.\" and Hermione led Tonks to her bed and cast a spell that took both of there robes off and left them completely naked.

“There is no easy way to say this,” Hermione mumbled, “AVADA CADAVRA!”
When the jet of red light shot at Rufus he died instantly and aurors burst into the room to take her to Azkaban for her death sentence, the one Tonks would have received if Hermione didn’t kill him herself.
*Later that day in Azkaban*
“Tonks I did this because you would have killed him if I didn’t, I couldn’t see you die, not after what we did last night. I will miss you,” Hermione whispered that because Cornelius Fudge was standing right outside the cell.
“I love you Hermione…” Tonks said crying as she walked out of the cell to the torture chamber where she would watch her best friend and her lover get the soul sucked out of her. That night, Tonks preformed the killing curse on herself because she couldn’t live alone and without her lover.
