None the wiser

Ok So this chapter is a little short but i think it works better this way.

Ginny’s P.O.V

It’s been over a week since they cast that spell and Hermione hasn’t woken up. Sirius refuses to leaver her bedside and Sage has been staying with us. Harry doesn’t know if he should say something to Sirius or not seeing as the last time one of the healers said something he caused them to fly across the room. I walked into the kitchen and saw Harry standing there Draco Malfoy sitting across from him at the table. Harry and him had at one point been together. I had been begging Harry for a three way but he kept resisting. I sat down at the table and placed my hand on top of Harry’s. “Black won’t let anyone near the hospital room.” Draco said softly. “you went to see her?” I asked surprised. He nodded, “I know I was a right bastard to Hermione at one point but we’ve been friends for awhile.” He said sounding offended. I shrugged.

“Sirius doesn’t know what to do. Sage just want’s to know when her mom is waking up.” I said softly. Harry nodded, “Sage doesn’t understand what’s going on though Gin. And Sirius is falling into a depression. She should have woken up by now but she hasn’t. he thinks he made the wrong call by letting them cast that spell.” Harry said sighing. “Well the spells been cast it can’t be undone. Why didn’t she tell us she was sick?” He asked. Draco shrugged, “She told me.” He whispered causing the both of us to look at him. “What?” I asked. “I knew she was passing out and had gone to the doctors but how did you know she was sick?” I asked angrily.

“She said she knew there was something wrong and she didn’t want to go to St. Mungos to find out what it was incase it was incurable. She didn’t want to have that knowledge on her shoulders.” He said softly. Sage walked into the kitchen rubbing her eyes tiredly. She looked at me and then at Harry before looking at Draco. “Is mommy better yet?” she asked walking over to me. I sighed softly. “No honey she’s still asleep. But she’ll be fine in a few days.” I said. I wasn’t sure if what I was saying was true but I had to tell her something.

SIRIUS’S P.O.V

I looked at Hermione still unconscious the healers had stopped coming back after I kept kicking them out. I looked at her, still pale and lifeless. “Mione why haven’t you woken up?” I asked softly knowing I wouldn’t get an answer. I looked up when I heard a knock on the door. Fred and George stood there both more serious then I had ever seen them. “Any change?” They asked. I shook my head as they walked in and took seats. “What’s wrong with her I thought the healer said she would be up in two days?” Fred asked. “I don’t know but I don’t know what I’m going to do if she doesn’t wake up soon. I don’t know what to tell Sage and I know she’s wondering what’s going on.” I said softly. “The both of you this is Hermione were talking about she doesn’t know how to give up all she does is fight. She’ll get through this,” George said firmly.

I nodded, hoping he was right. I couldn’t lose hope in her now she was strong. Stronger then I gave her credit for. Strong enough to raise our daughter on her own for five years. She could beat this she would beat this I just had to have faith in her. Like she had faith in me.

HERMIONES P.O.V

I was swimming in a sea of gray. Black swirled in front of my eyes. I didn’t know where I was. Where was Sirius? Where was Sage? What happened, one minute I’m talking the next I’m here. How long have I been here? I asked myself. I wasn’t sure of anything. Confusion was clouding my train of thought. Why couldn’t I find Sirius? Why wasn’t he here? I looked around it was like I was floating almost. I want my daughter. What’s happening. I can see a small light but I don’t know where that leads. I have to do something. I made my way towards it before looking through. I couldn’t see anything with one deep breath I walked into it. Not knowing where it would lead but knowing that there was peace.
