One Mistake Too Many

Hermione was walking down the Great hall corridor. It was then that she began
to wonder, “Uh… where IS my next class?” Hermione felt the heavy load on her shoulder lunge to
one side. “UHO!” “RIIIPPPPPPP!” her bag just tore right then and there, she signed and began to
pick up her belongings, “Well, well, well what have we here, did you lose your way little
mudblood?” She heard the sarcasm in the slick oily voice.
Immediately she knew who it was, “Snape” she said. She looked up at the young teenager
who would someday become one of her many pain-in-the-asses. She gave a smile that would
send chills up the dark lord’s skin. (if he had any) “No, I’m not lost now if you’ll excme-”me-” she
began to make he way around the Slytherin when she was slammed against the wall. Hermione
tried her hardest not to cry. “HEY!” a voice shouted from behind her. “You leave her alone
Snivillus!” “Sirius?” she said weakly. “And what are you four going to do if I don’t?” he
sneered. “Oh believe me you have no idea who and what you are messing with. Put the lady down
or I will!” She knew that voice, “Remus.” She said. Hermione looked behind Snape to see Re
pointing his wand threateningly at him.
Thank God! She thought. “If you think James and Sirius’ trick were cruel wait until you
see someone who knows a couple of worthy spells. I’ll ask you again Serveus put the lady down.”
He said very darkly. Hermione had never seen him this angry before. Even the boys took a step
back from him. Snape turned around to her and growled at her “Were not through yet mudblood,
you’ll pay for this.” He shoved her to the ground like a rag doll and stalked away. Hermione
shaken by these words collapsed. “Hermione are you okay?” Remus came running over, his face
pale with relief.
Without thinking she said, “Just find Professor, I’m just fine.” And for the second time
she fainted into his arms.
I know short chapter AGAIN! but i tried.I hope you enjoyed it. A bento’ *~Cat~*
