Remus' Big Decision
Remus stood there watching Harry as he opened his presents, laughing at some of the gifts he had received. Hermione looked up at her husband of five years wondering what was going on inside his head. She had seen his look of terror upon her asking, if he wanted children.
She feared that Remus did not want to have children with her, or that he was still thinking of what he called a disease. They had not yet found a cure for him, it left him worried that he could pass on his transformation to his children. Hermione looked away from her husband to her friend who was now looking at the latest broomstick, A Nimbus 2009. The Fastest and safest model ever made. ( gotta go with the new year )
Harry looked up at Hermione and Remus, He noticed they had become quiet and were not speaking to each other, " Remus? Hermione? You two ok? " He asked. Remus looked at him and nodded " We\'re fine Harry don\'t worry about us " Remus said.

A Few Days Later

Hermione and Remus had not spoken about the incident at the burrow, in fact every time Hermione went to bring it up again, Remus would look away from her and go silent. She often thought he just didn\'t want to have children with her, she was worried he no longer loved her.
Remus was in his study going over book after book looking for a cure for his ailment. He loved Hermione and longed to have children with his wife but he couldn\'t bring himself to tell her that he was still concerned for transferring his problem to his kids.
