Wizards and Witches

The day finally arrived for Ginny’s shoot. Draco was a nervous wreck. Him and Harry had planned on sneaking down to watch Ginny's photo session. Harry had to give Hermione his invisibility cloak, so that forced Draco to go get his. He had gotten an invisibility cloak for graduation from his father.

Of course that was before Draco jumped sides and helped destroy Voldemort and his father. Draco's mother was much more pleasant woman after wards. His mother even posed for the magazine, along with some of the younger professors, even Snape, before he retired. The four couldn't see themselves extending invitations to the much older witches and wizards though like Professor McGonagall or Headmaster Albus Dumbledore.

Even Mr. and Mrs. Granger got in on the fun. The issue with all of the parents and professors was 'Wizards and Witches' first issue. The only parents that didn't do it, was Arthur and Molly Weasley. The older Weasley brothers except Percy took their place.

Ron and Hermione were busy all day, getting the sets ready for Ginny and Alex. Alex didn't care what his set looked like. He was just happy to do a photo session.

Hermione had picked a large room, and with a wave of the wand, the room had one window along each of the four walls. A king size four-poster bed stood in the middle of the room, sheer white drapes surrounded the bed, enclosing it. All she needed to do was go get Ginny and Alex.

First was a meeting in Ron's office. Harry and Hermione walked in, Draco came in about ten minutes later, out of breath, and with papers in hand. "Sorry I'm late, had to go home real quick, forgot a few things this morning."

"Did you draw up the contracts for Ginny and Alex to sign?" asked Ron.

"Yeah, that's what forgot" ‘Along with my invisibility cloak’ he thought to himself. Draco passed them around so the other three could look at them. The four sat and looked at the contracts, to make sure everything was right, and then the four signed them, to await the signatures of Ginny and Alex.

The contract, basically said that, Ginny and Alex couldn't work for a competitor magazine for a year.

They couldn't copy or sell the pictures taken of them, because the pictures belonged to 'Wizards and Witches’ and the owners.

They had to sign a consent form saying that they were eighteen or older.

Since they were still in school, that Dumbledore gave them permission to do the photo shoot.

Then the four owners signed that Ginny and Alex would be paid 1,000 galleons after the pictures were published as a small fee for their time.

It was finally time for Hermione to get the two Head students. They would be waiting in Headmaster Dumbledore's office.

Ginny and Alex were nervous. It was six p.m. when Hermione showed up. She told them not to worry about supper, because they will have a buffet there, before and after the pictures were taken. Then about eight p.m. is when Ron will come and get Edward.

Hermione told Dumbledore that she would have the students back to Hogwarts by Sunday night. He agreed, and told then to have fun.

Hermione, Ginny, and Alex were walking out of Dumbledore's office, when Professor Taylor was walking in. "There you are Miss Weasley."

"What did I do now?" asked Ginny raising her hands in the air.

"Did you forget? Tonight is your last night of detention."

"Oh I did forget" Ginny hung her head.

Dumbledore looked at Taylor, "Thomas, I think, if it's alright with you of course, she could make it up Monday evening."

"Of course Headmaster" Thomas said looking pissed off, at Ginny's smiling face.

Hermione looked at Professor Taylor, and held out her hand. "Hello, I'm Hermione Granger" She smiled, as he took her hand, and brought it to his lips his petal soft lips brushing across her knuckles briefly. "Professor Thomas Taylor, Potions Master and new Head of Slytherin"

"You're an American, right?" Hermione asked, her eyes focusing on the rugged features of the American born Professor.

"Yes" He answered in his usual Texan drawl.

"How can you be Head of Slytherin?" The brunette inquired.

"Because Severus Snape is a cousin" Dumbledore stated quickly with a soft smile.

"Oh, O.K." she said, understanding.

"He's also told me a lot of stories about you, Potter, and Mr. Weasley" he said in a low tone.

"Really, I hope it wasn't all bad." Hermione was flirting now. Thomas picked upon it instantly.

"Some of it, but he never told me how beautiful you were" Hermione was actually blushing now.

"Well we've got to be going now, Dumbledore, like I said, I will have these two, plus Edward, back by Sunday night." Everyone said their goodbyes again, and they were gone.

Thomas looked at Dumbledore. “Where exactly is Miss Granger taking the students?"

"Ah, today is Ginny's eighteenth birthday, and she is having a party at Miss Granger’s office."

"What kind of business does Hermione do?" Thomas inquired to the wise Headmaster.

"She is part owner and publisher of 'Wizards and Witches'."

"Really" Taylor said with a wide grin." I read that magazine. Who owns it?"

"Umm...Her, Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, and Draco Malfoy" Answered Albus.

"Malfoy... as in Lucius Malfoy's son?" Thomas asked with a slight amazement in his voice.

"Yes, the very same."

Nodding in acknowledgement Thomas kept the smile along his features before saying his good evenings to the Headmaster and heading off to his private quarters among the Slytherin Dungeons. There was a certain magazine he had to read.
