A Thank You Kiss

Well that was it. Harry was sitting in the Great Hall shaking something terrible in Lucius\' arms. Madame Pomfrey confirmed what they had already known. Harry was indeed pregnant. But if he got used to the idea in connection with him and Lucius having a child, giving it a namisinising it together the idea of breaking the news to Sirius was slowly driving him out of his mind. Lucius, Draco and Snape tried their best to convince him that they would protect him in every way if Black gets violent but Harry was more worried about the fact that Sirius would simply disown him. It was one thing to be with Lucius Malfoy but it was another to have his child. Harry was sure that Sirius still entertained the idea of their affair being just a short-time one b chi child definitely changed everything and for good.
Soon enough the doors to the Great Hall burst open and all the Weasleys along with Sirius and Remus entered and stopped in their tracks when they saw the four men. Hermione and Ron were the first to overcome their shock and to greet Harry with big wide smiles.
\"Hey there, mate.\" Said Ron waiting for Harry to approach him.
\"Hey yourself.\" Said Harry calming down considerably seeing his two best friends.
\"Mione…\" he said embracing her heartily, \"What are you doing here? I didn\'t know you were staying at Hogwarts.\"
\"I came yesterday.\" She replied returning Harry\'s loving embrace, \"How are you, Harry?\" she asked concern evident in her voice, \"Ron told me about you and Lucius Malfoy…\"
\"I\'m great, honestly. You don\'t have to look so skeptical. He really makes me feel happy. I know it may sound strange but it\'s true.\"
\"Well as long as you\'re happy, Harry…\"
\"I am and I know who would ever thought that Lucius Malfoy of all people would be the one to make me happy but you never know.\"
\"Too true.\"
While the three friends were talking not paying the slightest attention to the world around the tension in the room was reaching its highest point as Sirius was trying to stare down the two Malfoys and Snape who were giving him his best dead glares back. Suddenly Harry whirled around as he heard Sirius speak. The nervousness that left him as soon as he saw Ron and Hermione returning with double force.
\"Just don\'t tell me Malfoy that you\'re already returning him back after using him for your pleasures for a month.\" He said indicating in Harry\'s direction with a jerk of his head.
Lucius would want nothing better than to kill Black right here and then as he saw pain and hurt flicker in Harry\'s eyes at these words. But took his urges under control thinking that Harry wouldn\'t want that no matter how much the words of his godfather hurt and humiliated him. And now in his life Harry was on the first place.
\"I wouldn\'t dream of it Black,\" he replied coolly as Harry came to stand by his side looking defiantly at Sirius his nervousness vanishing once again now being replaced by white hot anger, \"But Harry and I have a wonderful news to share. Harry insisted that you knew as soon as possible. Though only Merlin knows why as long as you can\'t be simply happy for your godson no matter who he chose to be a part of his life, a part, I might add, you have no say in.\"
\"What kind of news? Maybe you decided to make an honest man out of him and marry him?\"
\"Among other things yes.\" Replied Lucius.
\"I\'m pregnant, Sirius.\" Said Harry quietly so that Sirius thought that he didn\'t hear it correctly but the blinding smile that now graced Harry\'s face was more than confirmation enough.
Harry was looking expectantly at Sirius who stood shell-shocked before he was once again saved by and and Hermione, who in her turn squealed with joy and gave him a huge hug whispering in his ear.
\"Now I see for sure that you are happy. That\'s great! I read all about male pregnancy! It\'s so fascinating! I am absolutely not surprised that something like that happened to you. I\'ll give you a book about it you\'ll see how amazing it is.\"
\"Well, congratulations, mate.\" Said Ron who though was as shocked as everybody else but decided to stand by his best friend\'s side no matter what. He leaned and whispered:
\"Can you tell me why would she want to know anything about male pregnancy?\"
\"It\'s Mione. She would want to know everything there is.\" Replied Harry with a wide grin.
\"Guess you\'re right.\"

Lucius though not particularly fond of either the Weasleys\' spawn or this muggle-born witch that Harry embraced with such love that sent a jolt of great annoyance down his spine was nevertheless glad that Harry had true friends who chose to support him instead of sulk spectacularly as his godfather who remained suspiciously silent. Now all the Weasleys and Remus congratulated Harry leaving only Black.
Harry turned to Sirius waiting for another blow from his godfather but none came and only a slightly hoarse voice said.
\"I suppose that\'s forever now.\"
\"Well not forever. I am not going to be pregnant that long. But if you\'re talking about Lucius and me then I hope it would be that long. Siri, can\'t you just be happy for me?\"
Sirius drew a deep breath and Harry knew that his next words cost him a lot.
\"I\'ll try, Harry, I\'ll try. But don\'t expect me to like an idea of you being with that…scum…any better now that he managed to knock you up.\"
Harry shook his head sadly.
\"Sirius you can\'t keep on like that. We\'re leaving. Tomorrow I will be back at Hogwarts. If you ever change your mind or attitude you know where to find me. But don\'t you dare call my future husband names and don\'t you dare look at me with that disgusted look upon your face ever again. I\'ve waited long enoughbe hbe happy and I won\'t let anyone ruin this happiness for me. If you can\'t accept me the way I am then I suggest you to fuck off. I don\'t want to see you ever again otherwise. Grow up, Sirius.\"
With that Harry waved good-bye to the rest of the assembled group giving them a small happy smile before taking Lucius\' hand and walking away.
