None the wiser

I looked around the room sparkling shards of glass littered the floor my eyes wide as Sage carefully wiggled out of Sirius’s arms and ran to me hugging my legs. “Did I do this?” she asked looking around the room. I nodded causing her to bury her head against my legs. “Sage honey this happens to everyone that has magic in them don’t worry it can all be fixed. I said grabbing my wand. “Reparo.” I muttered Sage watched as the shards flew up and became one. Molly looked at me and then at Sirius before her eyes landed on Sage.

“I can see why you left you were ashamed.” She stated making me look at her. “I could never be ashamed of my daughter. I wasn’t ashamed of anything. I left because it was what was best for me and her. I also knew how people would react and Molly you just proved me right.” I said before grabbing Sage and apparating away.


SIRIUS’S P.O.V

I couldn’t believe what had just happened. How the fuck did things go so crazy? Oh yea Molly Weasley can’t keep her damn mouth shut! And Sage she’s gonna be a powerful witch, she’ll be the smartest witch of her age just like Mione. What am I going to do. I still love her? She just won’t give me a chance. What can I do did she expect me to be ok with the fact that she kept Sage from me for nearly five years? How can I I have a daughter? It still astounds me. Seeing Sage defend her mother like that though makes me want to dance around. But first I have to shut this pesky red head up.

“How dare you! You come here and talk to the mother of my child like that? Why because she didn’t have your sons baby? Actually I should be thanking Ron because he’s the reason me and Mione got together in the first place. Thank him for me.” I said before apparating away. I was in the library of the house I hated I looked around before hearing banging coming from the kitchen. I heard another pop and an argument shortly after. I walked into the kitchen and saw Sage sipping a mug of hot chocolate while Ron was waving his hands angrily at Hermione. Great another crazy red head. “How could you fuck him he’s Harry’s godfather and you fucked him then had a kid! Are you a fucking slut?” He yelled. Hermione turned to look at him her face red. Her hand came up and connected with his cheek hard. “Bitch.” he yelled taking a step towards her before I was in front of him. “You have no right to say anything to me. You were the one who said I was frigid. Apparently not seeing as it was just you who couldn’t give a girl an orgasm if your life depended on it.” she growled. “Yeah well at least my girlfriend now can actually make me want to have sex with her.” He said again. That was it. I hauled back and punched him.

Ron grabbed his jaw and looked at me before jumping back at me. Trying to push me into the table. I saw Hermione grab Sage and pull her away from the table seconds before we were falling into it. “SIRIUS!” Hermione yelled grabbing my attention. I met her eyes before I was falling back. I looked at Ron his fist going back again. This time I caught it and twisted it back. “Listen to me you sorry piece of shit. I’m not going to kill you because my daughter is in the room you hit me again I will.” I hissed before pushing him out of the kitchen. Sage ran over to me hugging me tightly while Hermione looked at me disapprovingly. “I didn’t like him talking to you like that.” I said easily. She rolled her eyes before summoning an ice pack and handing it to me.


Hermiones P.O.V

“Were going to talk, I’m going to see if Ginny can watch Sage and we are going to talk.” I said. I walked into the library and contacted Ginny through the Floo. “Hey Mione how are things going?” Ginny asked looking at me smiling. She had a cup of tea in one hand and a lemon in the other. “I’m good but I have to talk to Sirius and I was wondering if you could watch Sage?” I asked. She nodded, “Oh yeah that’s no problem just send her on through.” The redhead said making me smile. “Thanks Gin.” I replied. “Go get my Goddaughter.” She said shooing me out. I called Sage who came bouncing in. “Yes mommy?” she asked. “You gonna go to Ginny’s for awhile Ok?” I asked. She nodded. I stepped into the fireplace with her and called out the destination. I thanked Ginny again before flooing back.

Sirius was in the library waiting for me. “Sage loves going to Harry and Ginny’s.” he stated. “I know her and Ginny eat entirely too much sugar.” I said making him smile. He nodded and patted the cushion next to him. “Sirius you can’t just fly off at the handle like that. Especially around Sage.” I said softly. He nodded, “I know That Mione but hearing him say that about you and watching him take that step towards you I snapped.” He said cupping my cheek. I nodded. “Sage has taken to you so fast and I’m happy for that. Just don’t go fighting everyone who say’s something bad about me. I was expecting it especially from Molly all be it I wasn’t expecting her to go off about Sage as much as me sleeping with you but it will be handled it will sort itself out. And Ron he can say whatever he want’s about me because I’m happy with my life. I wouldn’t change anything I couldn’t picture my life Sage.” I said looking in his eyes. His thumb rubbing small circles on my cheek while his warm hand stayed there comfortably.

SIRIUS’S P.O.V

I looked at her, her eyes truthful. I leaned in and kissed her softly. She didn’t resist. I pulled her closer my lips possessing hers. Her hands snaked around my neck holding me while her fingers played with my hair. I broke away softly looking at her. Mione met my eyes. Her arms still wrapped around my neck. I kissed her again more heated more need. The feelings I had kept bottled up after she left everything opening up. Her lips her body everything about her was like a drug to me setting me on fire. This was my girl the only girl who had ever made me think twice about sex or about relationships rethink everything I had ever thought. The ONLY girl to leave me who was afraid of hurting ME.
