Songari de Natalia(Christmas Wishes) Part 2

Severus Snape was sipping tea and looking down at his favorite witch. Her eyes were closed, lips slightly parted hair tossed about over her pillow as if she where asleep. What betrayed her situation of a coma was that she never moved one inch. Hermione’s butterbeer was drugged leaving her in this precarious position. His anger at Lucius Malfoy was clear and justifiable his feeling for Draco was not as clear. Lucius planned for months to take advantage of Hermione and finally accomplished it by using her illness against her. Draco on the other hand drugged her out of pity.

Draco had the courage to confess before he left for parts unknown in a letter he left in his room at Malfoy Manor. Snape was always fond of Draco and the thought of causing him harm broke his heart. Snape prayed that he stayed wherever he ended up at because if he saw him again he would be tempted to tear him apart. He did not take immediate revenge against Lucius he needed to care for Hermione’s health. However it tormented Lucius Malfoy, and justly so, not knowing exactly when Snape would strike.

Snape also enjoyed the fact that his legal wife Anna was able to impersonate him in the ministry so well that even the Dark Lord had no clue. This destroyed the grand scheme of overthrowing Snape’s favorite in the Death Eater circle. The only regret he had was that he could not give Anna the type of marriage that she deserved. The best he could do was give her complete honesty and friendship. He heard a slight noise behind him and he turned to see his wife Anna in the doorway. He was surprised since she hardly ever step foot in this house.

There were dark circles under her dark eyes her olive skin ashen hair that was in a knot in disarray. She wore his clothing that was now wrinkled everywhere. Snape rose and took her arm and guided her to a chair before she fell down from exhaustion Snape did not ask her why she came here, he could only assume that it was because the house was the closest to her from the Ministry. He went to the try that had his try that had tea and poured her a cup and brought it to her then returned to his Hermione.

He once again wondered what she could be dreaming of in her state.
