None the wiser

Ginny is being protective of Hermione she was the first person to learn of the relationship and like her mother is very protective of Hermione, who’s like sister to her so of course she’s going to be on Hermione’s side and will want to go off on the person who hurts her.

For the next couple weeks Sirius and Sage were inseparable I was over almost everyday mostly just dropping Sage off. Sirius would always be waiting in the library with a gift for Sage. After awhile I decided it was time to talk to Sirius. Early that morning I got dressed and flooed over. Sirius was in the library when I tumbled through the fireplace. He looked at me surprised. “Sage is still asleep. We need to talk.” I said softly. He nodded and helped me up. “Why didn’t you come looking for me Sirius?” I asked the pain evident in my voice. He looked at me an emotion in his eyes was one of hurt and betrayel. “The truth Sirius.” I said looking at him.

“I did go looking for you Mione, I found you actually. You were a few months along by then and I saw you hugging Viktor at a park. I figured you had been with him while you were with me and that Sage was his.” He said softly. I laughed. He looked at me surprised. “Sirius, Viktor is gay.” I said laughing harder. He looked at me. “what? You two went to the Yule ball together.” He said. I nodded, “Yeah but we stayed friends. He told me he was gay a few years ago. He’s been in a relation ship with the Chudley Cannons beater for awhile now and before that he was Kakaroff. Me and him have only been friends. I can’t believe you think I was cheating with him.” I said hurt. He looked at me. “Mione how do you think I felt you took off and then I see you hugging him in the park obviously pregnant. You broke my heart when you left Hermione you tore me apart.” he said.

“Sirius telling you I was pregnant was the first thing I had planned to do. But on the way home I thought about everything. We had never really established what we were. I didn’t want to spring something on you that you weren’t ready for.” I said softly. Sirius looked at me silent for a few minutes. “how did we get so fucked up Mione?” he asked. I shook my head. “I don’t know Sirius. I don’t know. I mean leaving you broke my heart, I was in shambles for days crying and screaming. When the twins found me I told them I was pregnant the next thing I know they had me on the bed making sure I was ok and they had madame pomfrey come to the house to check on the baby. I mean they were my saving grace. I didn’t think I could do it without you. But I managed Sage was always strong a survivor. But she need’s her father.” I whispered tears falling down my face.

“Mione…” He said trialing off using his thumb to wipe away the tears that were falling. “I never stopped loving you.” He whispered looking at me. “Either did I.” I whispered. He kissed me softly but I pulled away. “Sirius we can’t. What about Sage. IF this doesn’t work…” I said trailing off. “Mione it will work. Haven’t you realized it yet. The day you called me Mr. Black was the day I knew you were different. Afterwards as I saw you start growing up I realized you would be the one to keep Harry’s ass in line. But the day I came back from the veil and saw you standing in the kitchen smacking Remus’ hand away from the chocolate was the day I realized I loved you. I was just waiting for a chance.” he whispered. “Maybe we’ve already had our chance.” I whispered. He looked at me. “No luv we haven’t I think it’s just beginning it’s up to us to see where it ends.” He said.

“I need time to think about it.” I said softly. He nodded. “Take all the time you need Mione I’ll be here.” I nodded. “I’ll drop Sage off when she wakes up.” I said before flooing back home. Ginny was sitting on the floor when I got there pouring over old photo albums. She smiled when she saw me. “how have things been going?” she asked. I shrugged, “Sirius want’s to get back together.” I said softly. “Do you?” she asked. I nodded, “Then what’s the problem?” she asked. “I don’t want to get hurt again.” I said softly.

“Mione didn’t you think about that when you first hooked up with Sirius?” she asked. “Well it was kinda a heat of the moment thing Gin. Afterwards we just kept doing it I mean we never established what it was exactly.” I said softly. Ginny nodded her eyes locking with mine. “Mione it’s up to you but I mean…” Ginny trailed off as Sage walked in smiling and already dressed. “Can I go to Daddies?” She asked. I nodded, “I’ll be right back Ginny.” She nodded and I flooed over to Sirius’s to find him sitting in the library waiting for her. Sage gave me a kiss on the cheek before running to Sirius.

When I got back Ginny was smoking a cigarette her pack on the counter. “Can I bum a smoke?” I asked. She jumped and nodded. I took one out and lit it. “Harry doesn’t know you smoke does he?” I asked. She nodded, “Yeah I’d prefer he didn’t find out.” I looked at her. “Gin you should know me better than that.” I said she smiled. “When did you start smoking?” she asked. “Being around Sirius you pick up bad habits. I stopped while I was pregnant but started up after awhile.” I said. She nodded, “You?” I asked. “A little while after you disappeared actually Harry was really stressed I was stressed everyone was exploding into fights over stupid things I mean if there wasn’t a pot of coffee made a fight would start.” She explained.

“Wow.” I muttered. She nodded, “You missed last night. There was an explosion between my mom and Sirius.” She said gaining my attention. “What happened?” She shrugged, “She saw Sirius hanging around Sage and got on his case and then started asking who’s kid she was. Well Harry told her she was yours and she hit the roof. Asking where you were and who was the father. Sirius didn’t say a word thankfully other wise I think she would have made the house explode. She still got on your case and Sirius told her to shut up and she went off on him he went back at her and finally my mom left.” Ginny said. “Did anything good happen at your party?” I asked she nodded, “Yeah there were some good parts. I’m just telling you the drama.” she said making me laugh.

After Ginny left I turned on some music and relaxed the house was mostly packed up and everything was under control so far. I had just closed my eyes when I heard the floo start up. I turned around and saw Sage standing there with Sirius the both of them wearing matching grins. “What did you do?” I asked her smiling. She shook her head. “Let’s just say Molly Weasley has dog ears and a bunny tail.” Sirius said trying to hold back his laughter but failing miserably. I couldn’t help but smile. “Accidental magic. It happens sometimes.” I said, he nodded. “She’s got Marauder in her!” He said happily. “Oh no a mini Marauder.” I groaned trying not to laugh.

“The twins love her. She gets everyone to try their candies.” I explained while Sage went upstairs to wash the soot off of herself. “She’s a firecracker and she’s so intelligent.” He said grinning. I nodded, “Yeah she is.” I said softly. Sirius took my hand in his causing me to look at him. “Thank you.” he said his eyes full of emotion. I looked at him confused. “Hermione I never thought I would ever have a child or love someone more then I loved myself. Or Harry, but meeting Sage is amazing how she talks and things she says they never stop amazing me. I love her so much and I love you for letting me know her.”

I nodded smiling I was about to reply when Ginny and Harry came flying out of the fireplace followed by a very angry Molly Weasley. I paled, slightly. “I heard you had a daughter Hermione.” She said smiling at me. I nodded before she enveloped me in a hug. “Do I know the father?” she asked. I laughed nervously. “Uh you know him pretty well actually.” I said backing up slightly. “Well who is he you silly girl. Are you still with him?” she asked curiously. “Uh were kind of undecided.” I said. “Who is he?” she asked. I shot a look at Sirius who was looking at Molly with an wary expression.

“Daddy!” Sage cried throwing herself at Sirius. Molly turned slowly. “Daddy?” she asked looking at me and Sirius. “Sirius Black is her father?” She asked her face turning red. I nodded. “HOW COULD YOU LET THIS HAPPEN HOW COULD YOU BE SO STUPID!” Molly screamed veins popping out along her neck. I took a step back. Ginny and Harry staring at Molly wide eyed. “Molly calm down your scaring Sage.” I said angrily looking at my daughter who was peeking out behind Sirius’s legs. “I WILL NOT CALM DOWN YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO BE THE SMARTEST WITCH OF YOUR AGE BUT YOU SLEPT WITH SIRIUS BLACK! HOW STUPID COULD YOU BE YOU HAD A CHILD BY HIM DID YOU EVEN THINK?” She yelled before I could reply Sage was screaming “LEAVE MY MOM ALONG YOU WICKED OLD HAG!” She screamed as picture frames blew apart sending glass flying at us. Sirius picked up Sage shielding her from the sharp shards leaving us all speechless.

Like always read and review I love the feedback i'm getting i'm trying to make this better. i know my writing isn't exactly great but i'm trying to imporve.
