I do not own Harry Potter, nor any of the characters from the books or movies. I do not make any money from the writing of this story.
Chapter five
I would have uploaded another chapter like three four days ago, if my good luck didn’t kick in and I lost the memory stick I saved the story on. I have been looking for it since then but it’s gone, until it might magically pop up again.
This chapter is not as the one I first wrote; since I forgot a lot of how it went I had to write most of it in a new way, I also discovered that the days was completely wrong so I have to make it longer. I hope you guys might enjoy this one, I think it’s as good as the previous one even if their feelings for each other was more intense there.
Thanks thrnbrooke for your endless comments :D and Silverkitten, the only one that isn’t acting exactly in character is Harry, Draco has a reason.

The next morning Harry tried his best to ignore his friends; he answered them if there was anything they wondered about but except that he was silent. Of course he cared deeply about them and would do anything for them but they still wanted him to stop helping Draco, and that was not what he wanted.
Harry couldn’t concentrate the whole day at school, he kept thinking about Draco and what was happening with himself. It could be only the teenage hormones but he wanted to kiss Draco. He knew that he could never tell anyone about his fantasies in case the response was awful.
Deep down Harry was in pain, he wanted to make his friends happy but also save Draco; beside those things he also wanted something else that he was quite afraid of even admitting for himself, it was more than a kiss.
‘Are you okay Harry?’ it was the first time Ron asked him anything that wasn’t about classes and spells. If he told him the truth they would certainly start fighting again, and he didn’t want to spend unnecessary time fighting Draco later that evening.
‘Just fine.’ Maybe he should try and sound more convincing, not that he thought Ron would believe him then either.
‘You could tell him that you have to get some sleep or that you have some homework to do.’
‘I’m fine Ron, and we need to meet up until I know he is safe.’
‘When will that be?’
‘On Sunday I hope. What is it with you? Don’t like that I might want to help a Slytherin?’
‘Ever since you went to help him you have changed.’
‘That’s because both you and Hermione are so much against my priority. If you guys were in danger you expect me to come, if any of our friends were in danger I would be expected to help, but if anyone that isn’t my friends are in danger I’m criticized for wanting to help.’ He held on to his wand and left, it was anyway soon time for his meeting with Draco.
While he waited he tried to relax, his whole body was tense again and he could feel his anger wanting to show itself.
‘Is it because you can’t wait to see me that you arrive so early?’ Harry should know that Draco would still be a smartass sometimes; it was something that was really difficult to change, just like Neville and his fear for Snape.
‘It’s because I’m sick of waiting in the common room.’ Harry tried his best not to look at Draco; every time their eyes meet he would start blushing and wish they shared something special.
‘You have nothing important to do?’
‘No, don’t have anything important besides saving your sorry ass, none of my friends needs my help at the moment so I guess I have to take whatever I can.’ There was an awkward silence, Harry wanted to go over and punch Draco and then kiss him, but he sat there trying to avid him.
‘Maybe you should show me how to get to the Shack in case you can’t come with me the day I hide.’
‘Right now?’ He forgot that it was only four days left until he was supposed to be taken away.
‘Yes, or do you want to spend more time in your philosophical silence?’ Instead of answering the question Harry got up and walked over to Draco, he made a hand gesture for him to walk out first sine he stood and blocked the door and then followed him.
They managed to reach the front gates before Flitch heard them. He was shouting for them to stop because they were in enough trouble as it was, like they would listen to him when they were so far out.
Laughing they run down the hill to the Willow, Harry hadn’t had a good laugh in a while and was happy the night seemed to brighten up.
‘You love being a bad boy?’ Draco always had some stupid question, Harry would have to get used to them if he wanted to help him.
‘Why do you ask?’
‘Because you seem so alive now compared to when you walk around on the school during the day.’ Harry didn’t like getting into trouble so he didn’t want to completely admit it.
‘It’s like Quidditch, I get adrenaline and it’s fun. But I don’t like to break the rules.’
‘That’s because you get caught so many times. Trust me, if you knew how to get away then you would do it many times.’ Harry believed him, but he still didn’t think he would stay up to break the rules only to get some adrenaline. ‘So where are we going now?’
‘To the Whomping Willow.’
‘That murderous tree, I’ll be killed.’
‘Drama queen.’
‘There you go with those strange remarks, what is it with you and muggle words?’
‘I was raised by muggles, or have you forgotten that you snotty spoiled Slytherin git.’
‘You call me snotty and spoiled, look at yourself; you’re a Golden boy who likes to get into trouble; try and work out your problems first before picking on me.’ Harry didn’t say a word; instead he turned around and walked up towards the school. ‘How dare you walk away from me while I’m talking, you half blood.’ Harry didn’t even react to the last remark, at the moment Draco was a pain in the ass.
He was so angry that he didn’t see Snape walking towards him.
‘Potter, you know being out after curfew will be punished?’ Like Snape needed to remind him, he knew perfectly well Harry has almost broken every rule the school had. ‘Come with me into my office.’ He couldn’t run away now that he was caught so the only thing he was able to do was follow the Head of Slytherin gits. Next time he saw Draco he would be punished, this was his entire fault, if he didn’t begin the argue Harry would still be with him, not following the slime head.
‘I can’t say it’s a surprise you were out, it’s not in your nature to follow rules. Since it’s so late I don’t think it’s very nice to wake up the Headmaster for a problem I can easily handle,’ Harry wondered if the headmaster was even at school, ‘so I’m going to give you a suitable punishment. Tomorrow you will report to me at nine, I think cleaning all the potion pots by hand should fit this crime.’ Harry wondered why Snape didn’t just make him clean the dungeon floor with a toothbrush instead, that way the slimy Death Eater could enjoy seeing him crawl for the future Death Eaters.
‘And where will you go now Potter?’
‘To my bed.’
‘That’s right, now get lost.’ He wasn’t in any good mood Harry understood, maybe Voldemort was punishing him too much.
On his way up he met Draco, he continued his silent treatment and walked right pass him, ignoring him completely.
‘Come on Harry, stop ignoring me you twit.’ Like he would turn around after being treated like that, Draco didn’t know how to convince someone to stay once he pissed them off.
It was late enough so nobody in his house was awake, lucky for them because he was in a really bad mood, but he managed to sleep even while cursing Snape and Draco.
