Out of the Darkness into the light

True to what Draco had said I was sent back home and my memory erased, Yes I know you are wondering how I could be telling this story when I could not remember well you will have just to read on and find out. Back at home It was like I had never gone, I went back to work and a story was told that my friends and I had been kidnapped I was the only one to return. Six months later I met Peter; he was a nice guy from my work we started dating. We had been together for a year when he asked me to marry him.

I was ecstatic and said yes, but from that moment forth I had constant dreams about a man with sad blue eyes and white blonde hair. Of sitting at a table with another couple as we laughed and joked. It was as if I was living someone else’s memories. As the wedding date got closer my dreams became more vivid. To the point where I was dreaming the night before my wedding of this man sitting in his study drinking whisky, then another man walked in and handed him a piece of paper. “You found her?” The blonde man looked at the messenger with shock. “Yes and it was wasn’t easy Lucius, she is from another country, But what will you do she is also due to get married tomorrow.

The man had a strange smile on his face, “She will not marry this muggle, I will stop it.” The realisation lit up in his eyes as he seemed to look directly into my eyes, then I awoke sitting up in bed staring at my mother who had woken me. It was now the day of my wedding, and I knew he was coming, this stranger who seemed to know me so well was coming to claim me back.

The wedding started and as I walked down the aisle I stared at Peter, my feelings were unfocused, as I was not sure what was happening in my head. The priest got to the point in the ceremony where he asks if anyone held any objection when there was a clap of thunder and the man from my dreams stood next to me. His white hair glowed as he firmly grasped my arm. “You do not belong with him, you belong with me!” I stared at him in shock; I couldn’t remember him yet he was so familiar.

“Lucius?” Peter gasped as I moaned the man’s name out loud, everyone in the church stared in shock at the fact that this man had appeared out of no where and I knew him. “Do you remember me Elizabeth?” Pictures flew through my mind then it hit me, the kidnapping, sitting in the cell for weeks waiting for someone to find me. Then him, Lucius coming and taking me away. Going to sleep in his arms and eating with his son and Hermione. Oh Hermione how could I have forgotten her. "Yes Lucius I remember, I remember you.” His face lit up as I ran into his arms, wrapping myself around him.

“Take me back with you, I can’t stay.” Peter had stayed quiet up until now, “You can’t go Elizabeth, I love you.” Looking into his eyes I gave a sad smile. “I’m sorry Peter, they took my memories or other wise I would never of agreed to marry you, I love this man he saved me when I was taken and we became friends but it is only now I realise,” I looked back at Lucius, “I love him.” With that said Lucius clasped me close before we both vanished leaving Peter, my family and my world behind.

Back in Malfoy Manor Lucius took me into his study pouring himself and I a cold wine. Looking up I noticed that the house was very quiet normally you could hear Hermione and Draco having a small dispute before making up. Then I remembered Hermione had been taken back. “Lucius where’s Draco?” Lucius gave a strange grimace then took my hand leading me out into the courtyard where I could see Draco blasting away at roses with his wand.

“He only gets to see her when she gets away from Harry but that is not very often, they know she sees him so they watch her like a hawk, and recently there was a law brought forth that every pureblood has to marry a muggle-born, Draco and Hermione are already married yet the order feels that they can by-pass it and make her marry one of them.” I looked at him in shock, “But how? And do you have to marry?” I was self conciouse and feeling the satin on my wedding dress I did not know how I would take the news if I heard he was to marry someone else.

“Yes even I have to marry, but due to my widow status and the fact I already have an heir it is not a priority,” I gave a sigh with relief. Lucius smiled wrapping me into his arms, lowering his mouth to mine as he took light nips at my lips. “Now you my dear, I believe this was to be your wedding night, so let us celebrate in the right manner.” Picking me up into his arms he strode off into the house carrying me to his room where I knew that he would finally make me his.
