A different kind

With Harry\'s heart being stronger than it had been, Harry was actually
able to enjoy sex more than he had been able to since his years as
SilverFang. He was even able to bear children for Severus.


They had nine children in all, two sets were twins. They beat the
Weasely\'s by two children. They had had four girls and five boys.
Lilly was the eldest, then James, Martin, Caleb, Rose, Angel,
Charlie, Richard and Marlene. Martin and Caleb were twins and
were worse trouble makers than the Weasely twins, and Rose and
Angel were the second pair of twins and had followed in their older
sibling\'s footsteps.


Severus and Harry led a full life. They lived a very, very long life.
They watched as their children grew up and had children, and their
grandchildren had children, and they were blessed to witness all of
their great grandchildren all graduate from Hogwarts, in which
Severus had retired from two years before because of his failing health.


It was Harry\'s birthday. His 129th birthday in fact. Severus was
almost as old as Dumbledore had been when he had died, which had
been 153, only four years shy. Their children, Marlene and Charlie,
whom were the first to arrive walked into the house searching for their
parents. They were going to have a big old celebration today and they
were going to surprise Harry and Severus with the news of their great
grandchild\'s engagement.


The entire family was coming for the giant celebration. It was Marlene
who found them. They were lying in bed, in each other\'s arms, long
since having passed on while asleep in each other\'s arms. Marlene
felt the tears come to her eyes and she felt Charlie wrap his arms
around her. He shushed her softly, as tears filled his eyes and he smiled.


They had gone the way that they had always wanted to go. With the
other in their arms. Charlie led his little sister out of the room and
they called the ministry to inform them of the passing of the two men.
As the family and their friends arrived, they were all informed of the
news. It was a sad day, but every was thankful that they had gone
together, as the ministry experts told them. That the two old men had
passed away within minutes of the other.

In the after life, two men walked into a circle of light where many
people awaited them. People from the past of long ago whom had
long awaited the two men\'s arrival.


Albus Dumbledore was the first to great them, then Sirius, Remus,
and Crystal. Followed by Ron and Hermione. And the list goes on
and on. The very final people to meet them were the ones that one
of the men felt that mattered the most. He broke away from his lover
to hug the two people.


Severus Snape watched as his lover, Harry, hugged his mother and
father. Lilly and James for the first time since they had died, cried.
They finally had their son back. James looked up and saw Severus
watching them. He smiled.


\"Welcome to the family, Severus.\" James said softly.


The one thing that Severus had never known that he had wanted to
hear, he finally heard. He felt a giant release of something in his
chest, and he smiled.


\"I thought I\'d never say this, but it feels good to be a Potter.\"
