Chapter Three

Ginny stormed into Sugar Dolls in a very bad mood.She walked right through the empty bar area and made for her dressing room.She was stopped by a tall,thin man with a brown goatee and dark sun glasses.He was wearing a white suit with a black tie.It was the owner of Sugar Dolls,Charlie Davis.

\"Kandi,baby!\"He said,opening his arms wide to receive a hug which was never given.Ginny ignored him and continued walking.The man had to jog to keep up with her.\"Baby,what\'s wrong?\"

\"Nothing.\"Ginny told him through gritted teeth.Charlie stopped infront of Ginny\'s door and blocked it.

\"Now look you,\"He said,his voice becoming sinister.His face was merely inches from hers.When Charlie got angry,it frightened Ginny.He was known for being abusive.\"you\'re bloody right pissed off and I don\'t like it.Whatever little spat you and your bitch got into has nothing to do with work.I will not let you mess tonight up for me.Now,when you get out of this dressing room,you gonna\' look sexy and you\'re gonna\' be damn well happy about it!You got it?\"Ginny nearly gagged as she smelled his breath which stunk of ciggarettes and whiskey.

\"Yes,sir.\"She answered obediently.The scowl on Charlie\'s face turned into a smirk.

\"Good,\"He said.\"now get in there and get ready.You look like hell.\"And with that he slapped her on the bottom and walked away.Ginny let out a relived sigh and stepped into her dressing room.

Ginny reluctantly put on her new leather outfit and began to get all dolled up.She applied eyeliner,pink eye shadow,sparkles,lip stick and blush.As well,she put on fake eye lashes and put body glitter on herself.She wanted to look good tonight.To get Ruby back.Maybe if she looked real good,she\'d realize how much she loves her and come back to her.She could only hope.

It seemed like in no time at all Tom was knocking on Ginny\'s door,telling her five minutes until show time.Ginny quickly grabbed her bottle of vodka she kept hidden in her room and chugged half of it.She felt the liquid courage burn all the way down her throat and into her stomach.She stashed the bottle again and walked out of her room and to one of the wings of the stage.

\"Good luck!\"A blurry figure which sounded an awful lot like Tom told Ginny.She waved at the person in response and closed her eyes,listening for the music.She could hear the crowd chatting happily.Then the music began and the whole house became silent.

\"Ladies and gentlemen,\"The announcer\'s voice rang.\"May I welcome you to the Sugar Dolls.And without further adieu,let me present to you,the lovely,the sexy,Sugar Dolls!\"Ginny was handed a mic and then made her way onto the stage.

\"The minute you walked in the joint,

I could see you were a man of distinction,

A real Big Spender,

good looking, so refined.

Say, wouldn\'t you like to know what\'s going on in my mind?\"Ginny squinted against the pink and purple lights above the apron of the stage to look into the audience.In the front row she could make out platinum blonde hair on a man.She couldn\'t see his face,but she could see he was dressed in all black.He was sitting at a table all by himself,and he seemed to be entranced by Ginny.This encouraged her to be more sexy and do more slow dips as she sang.

\"So let me get right to the point,

I don\'t pop my cork for every man I see.

HEY Big Spender,

spend a little time with me.\"There was a loud cheer as Ginny jumped off the stage and into the crowd.She went straight for the blonde haired man to give him a little kind of strip tease.She stepped onto a chair at the table he was at and stood on the table,dancing and singing.

\"wouldn´t you like to have fun? Fun? Fun?

How\'s about a few laughs? Laughs?

I can show you a good time,

Let me show you a good time.\"Ginny bent down low and kept her face inches away from the mans.When she saw his face she nearly choked.Her eyes widened as she studdied the man.His face was pale and pointed.He had cold silver eyes and a smirk imprinted on his face.He was none other then the Death Eater,Draco Malfoy.

It took Ginny less than five seconds to refocus.If she hadn\'t drank so much vodka,she would\'ve been able to ignore him.She jumped off the table and began to rub up against him,playing out the routine.It was difficult for her to pretend to be sexy,but luckily she didn\'t think Draco recognized her.

\"The minute you walked in the joint,

I could see you were a man of distinction,

A real Big Spender,

good looking, so refined.

Say, wouldn\'t you like to know what\'s going on in my mind?\"She rubbed her hands across Draco\'s chest,seductively.She then began to back off him and walk away.

\"So let me get right to the point,

I don\'t pop my cork for every man I see.

HEY Big Spender,

HEY Big spender!

HEY Big spender!\"She hopped onto the stage so she was sitting on the edge and crossed her long legs.

\"Spend a little time with me.\"The lights faded into total darkness as Ginny held her last note.The crowd erupted into wolf whistles,cheers and applause.Ginny hopped off the stage and staggered to her dressing room.

Inside,Ginny collapsed onto her couch.What the hell was Malfoy doing at Sugar Dolls in Muggle London?Shouldn\'t he be off with You-Know-Who murdering innocent Muggles and Muggleborns?Suddenly,there was a knock on Ginny\'s door.

\"What?\"She snapped as the person dragged her out of her thoughts.She hated how she could never get a moment\'s peace here.

\"Kandi,we need you to work the tables tonight,\"Came Tom\'s voice.\"Charlie says four girls called in sick tonight.Something \'bout a big party they all wanted to go to.Sorry.\"Ginny groaned as she heard Tom walk away.She hated waiting on table.All those creepy old men liked copping a feel everytime she walked by.It was pure torture.Reluctantly,Ginny got up and walked out of her dressing room and towards the bar.

\"Oh my gosh!Kandi!\"Tiara came running up to Ginny,a tray in her hands (the rule at work was that all the girls had to go by their stage names to hide their identities).

\"Hey Lola,\"Ginny greeted her with a small smile.\"What\'s up?\"

\"That really cute guy in the front row,with the blonde hair,\"She said,pointing towards Draco.\"is asking for you.He knows your name,do you know him?\"Ginny hesitated.

\"Oh,uh,yeah,\"She stammered.\"from school.We go way back.\"Tiara smiled.

\"He sure is cute!Can I get his number off you?\"She asked,giving Ginny puppy dog eyes.Ginny had to quickly think of an excuse as to why she couldn\'t.

\"Um...He\'s gay.\"She said quickly.She watched Tirara\'s face fall.\"Sorry.\"She added.She then made her way up to where Draco was sitting.

There was another act on stage.They were singing a song written by one of the dancers who wants to make it big as a song writer.It was on okay song,but Ginny didn\'t care for it too much.Draco watched Ginny as she made her way through the crowd to his table.She stood with her hands on her hips infront of him.

\"What are you doing here,Ferret?\"Ginny asked rudely,not wanting any of his old crap.

\"What?Can\'t a guy just enjoy a good X-rated show?\"He asked innocently.Ginny didn\'t buy his act.

\"You know exactly what I mean.Now I\'ll ask you again,what are you doing here?\"She repeated coldly.She didn\'t like one bit how he was looking at her.

\"You\'ve really grown up,Weasel,\"Draco said,eying her outfit.\"Filled out not too bad for a blood traitor.\"

\"Ugh,you pig,\"Ginny said,rolling her eyes.\"how the bloody hell did you find me here?\"Draco tore his eyes off Ginny body to look her in the face.A smirk spread across her pointed face.

\"You actually think I was looking for you?\"He sneered.\"I just came here to watch the show.Finding you here was a disgusting surprise.\"

\"You do realize this is Muggle London,don\'t you?\"Ginny said.Draco rolled his eyes.

\"Yes,Weasel,I know this is Muggle London.\"He drawled.Ginny raised her eyebrows at him and bent down very low so her mouth was close to his ear.

\"Why the hell aren\'t you off murdering innocent people,Ferret?\"She hissed.Draco\'s smirk widened.

\"Now now,Weasel,do mind your own business.Don\'t go looking into things that don\'t concern you.\"He told her,speaking as if she was a child.

\"Don\'t play dumb with me,\"She hissed.\"I know You-Know-Who\'s looking for me.Are you here because of him?\"Draco nearly laughed.He was begining to make Ginny feel uneasy.

\"I already told you,Weasel,\"He said,irratated.\"I\'m just here to watch the show.As I was last night,and the night before.\"

\"What are you,stalking me?\"Ginny asked,scared of the answer.She loathed Draco with every ounce of her being and to think he\'d been so close to her without her knowing made her feel even more uneasy.

\"Seems someone\'s gotten a little paranoid since dropping out of Hogwarts.\"Draco pointed out.

\"Hey,\"Ginny retorted at his accusatory tone.\"I dropped out because You-Know-Who wanted to hunt me down.As I recall a certain someone dropped out that same year because he was supposed to murder someone.\"Draco sneered at Ginny.

\"Well,Weasel,\"He said,standing up.\"I\'d love to continue this pointlessly drawl conversation,.but I simply have better things to do.\"Ginny stepped back as he pushed passed her.He nodded his head at her in good-bye and walked out of the house,leaving Ginny just standing there.
