Just so you know Harry Potter and all recognizable names and places and drinks and whatever belong to J.K. Rowling and I therefore own everything else. ::sniffle:: I want DRACO!! He’s mine… mine I tell you! He belongs to me!! Harry and all else is hers but Draco is mine!!
Man in white coat #1: “The poor girl. We can’t keep sedating her like this.”
Man in white coat #2: “Tough shit, it’s working.”
Man in white coat #1: “Not really. See?”
Me: “He’s mine…mine… mine… all mine…” ::holds tightly onto the Draco plushie::
Man in white coat #2: “… How about we just knock her unconscious?\"
Man in white coat #1: “That’s a bit harsh and not really…”
Man in white coat #2: ::knocks the crazed squirrel upside the head::
Man in white coat #1: “…necessary…”
A/N: Yes!! Draco is finally coming to rescue our poor Harry. Well, sorta. At least I am finally bringing him into the story. ::rubs head:: Owie. You know, that man is really evil! I need to lay down. ::collapses::

-chapter three-
“In the darkness of the sea I hear you calling me. Forever crying, never dying, just wishing to be free.” Draco mumbled the words he had typed out-loud. “Now if that isn’t the mushiest load of shit I’ve ever come up with then I don’t know what is!” Angrily pushing away from the computer, Draco walked toward the large window and gazed at the street below him. “Now what the fuck is going on down there?”
Two stories down on the sidewalk across the street were what appeared to be two men going at it. One was obviously drunk and at least twice the size of the other, who didn’t look as if he wanted to participate.
A sparkling blue dragon fluttered next to Draco’s ear and settled on his shoulder, peering out the window at the scene across the street. “Why are you watching that, huh? Huh? Huh? Not getting enough action from the bar bitches you bring back here? Huh? Huh?”
With a narrowed gaze Draco turned his silver eyes on the tiny dragon perched on his shoulder. “If I were you Eien I would shut my trap before I find it wiped from my face permanently.” Draco smirked as the dragon audibly snapped his mouth shut. “Smart lizard” Draco jested.
“Stop with the lizard bit! I’m not a lizard and you know it. I don’t do that stupid tongue thing.” Contradicting what he just said, Eien effectively hissed in Draco’s ear, causing his perch to chuckle.
“You contradicting lunatic.” Draco shook his head and looked back out the window in time to see the beefy man slide his hand down the smaller man’s pants. Draco muttered, half to himself, “Poor guy. Must suck to be wanted by everyone who sees him.”
“What do you mean?” Eien craned his neck to watch the action below them, his normally irritating voice a sympathetic, albeit high-pitched, song. “Have you seen this man before, Draco?” Blinking iridescent eyes, Eien switched between watching the two men on the street and looking at Draco for an answer.
“I mean, yes. I’ve seen him before. He lives in one of the flats at the end of the street…” Draco swiveled slowly and pointed in the direction of the flat houses. “That way. Not sure which one though.” Turning back to watch the men, his face contorted as the beefier of the two suddenly let go of the other and fall to the floor in what appeared to be agony.
“He’s a wizard, Draco. Like you, right?” Eien turned his head until he was looking Draco firmly in the eye.
Draco closed the curtains and walked away from the window, ignoring Eien’s question.
“I know you are Draco, why do you deny it?” Eien fluttered from his perch and settled on the desk next to the computer as Draco once again sat before the machine. “Draco?” Eien cocked his head so he was looking at Draco from a different angle, only to see the man before him softly crying.
“No Eien, that man is not like me. I used my magick to kill, and I shouldn’t even be alive now. That man used his for defense.” Brushing away his tears Draco sat upright and re-read once again what he had typed earlier.
“But you only killed one person Draco. And that person deserved to die. That person hurt you Draco and you gave him more kindness than she was worth.” Eien’s voice softened as he curled into a ball on the desk, his head facing Draco. “Then again you could have killed two people that night.”
Draco’s breathing hitched at Eien’s words. “No, only one that night. And in doing so I reserved my place in Azkaban.”
“I don’t think so Draco. You seem to be dying right before my eyes. You have been since we met.” Eien yawned and closed his eyes, the light from the computer screen bouncing off his scaled body as he breathed slowly. “But didn’t that man, the one who is a wizard, look like that Harry Potter from the newspaper clipping you have in your night table underneath the photo album from Hogwarts?” Eien flicked an eye open and looked at Draco once again. “I think he did.”
Draco looked at Eien, about to berate him for sifting through his drawers but instead reflected upon what Eien had said. “You’re right my friend. He did remind me of Potter. Too bad the clipping buried beneath that one said that he has vanished and is presumed dead.” With a faint smile Draco stroked the sleeping dragon’s head before focusing back on the computer screen.
“In the darkness of the sea I hear you calling me. Forever crying, never dying, just wishing to be free.” Scrolling to the top of the document, Draco scanned what he had written five more times before giving up and getting himself situated and ready for bed. “’night Eien,” he whispered, knowing the dragon wouldn’t respond and crawled into the plush bed.
“Goodnight Draco.” Eien whispered back telepathically, and shifted once before falling back to sleep.

A/N: I think Eien will be my second favorite character. Just a minor clarification, this is in the Muggle World, only cause I don’t want it to be in the wizarding world. The bar from the first chapter however is like the a mixed point because both wizards and muggles (and witches) can go in and out. Two separate entrances… ya know? Well, chapter four should be out later today or tomorrow… damn I can’t stop! REVIEWS PLEASE!!! Before my muse gets insulted and runs away with my Draco plushie.
