CHAPTER 3- breakfast the next day

“It’s too early” Serenity growled as she lay face down on the Slytherin table, Thistle was trying to burn a whole through the table as she stroked her raven leisurely, while her other hand played with her empty goblet, which emanated a shrill squeal.
“What’s ferret face staring at?” Serenity mumbled, “Ask him and he’ll tell you what you seek” Thistle purred in reply letting her eyes wander. “Oi blondie what ya staring at!” Serenity half yelled, Draco turned ever so slowly toward Serenity. “What do you care new girl” he snarled. Thistle turned ominously, her voice lowered “I wouldn’t speak to her like that if I were you!” she drew her words out to emphasise her point. “Go piss someone else off, ferret face” Serenity said smirking as she watched his face darken at her insult. Serenity followed him with her eyes as he walked over to the Gryffindor table to aggravate a dark haired boy, a mass of brown hair and a gangly looking red head. “So who’s the werewolf?” Thistle whispered, her eyes combing the room for him. Serenity gave Thistle a sadistic smile “Well it’s that girl over there, the one with a serious bad hair day she screams werewolf to me”. “Don’t lie to me Sweetie” Thistle replied darkly, “Where’s everyone going” Serenity said as she watched everyone get up and leave. “I’m assuming lesson, I mean we are at school and we’re here to learn” Thistle replied her eyes now a startling shade of green, “Honey we’re going to have to do something about your eyes changing colour, people are going to be even more freaked out than before” Serenity said worrying about her companion. “Yes because I can help my genetics, can’t I” Thistle added as they left.
