Chapter 3: Its only geg wog worse.
Chapter 3: It’s only getting worse.
It had been 4 months since Lily had found out she and James were going to have twins. She and James hadn’t talked properly about their baby and Lily’s dreams and messages were only getting worse for her. She hadn’t slept for a long time afraid of seeing what would happen to her baby girl if she kept her.
Lily laid in her bed crying to herself and resting her hand on her stomach. She was scared to death. Why did everything have to be like this? Why did she have ive ive away her child? She listed to the voice boom around her head constantly, like it had been for the past 5 months.
“You’re child will not survive being a Potter! You must save her, you must keep her safe, send her away or there will be dire consequences! She will be too weak, she won’t cope! Please keep her safe!”
What did it all mean. She is weak? Why? What makes her weak? Lily’s tears drenched her pillow as she cried. Her heart ached and ached in pain. She felt as though it was being ripped out of her chest over and over again.
James woke up to the sound of sniffles and sob’s. He looked over to his wife and watched her as she shook a little with each sob.
“Lils? What’s wr” Ja” James sat up and looked over at he.
“It’s only getting worse James they won’t stop, they wont stop till she is safe.” Lily cried.
“Lils.” James took her in to his arms. James feared what was happening to his wife. He hadn’t seen her sleep properly for a very long time now and knew it couldn’t be doing her any good. “What do you want to do Lils tell me?”
“Its not what I want to do James its what I have to do.” Lily sniffed. “We can give her away and then we can get her back when its right.”
“No Lils I don’t want to do that.”
“James you don’t understand what will happen to her. Its horrible please just listen to me, just do what I say.” Lily pleaded.
“Lily you can’t do this. We can keep her safe and take care of her. She doesn’t need to be looked after by someone else.” James assured.
“No James!” Lily sat up. “You’re not listening to me. If we keep her as a Potter her only fate will have to have her become dark, someone feared greatly. She’ll kill all of us. Everything that is good she’ll kill off. that’s what will happen to her. Is she is known as something else till she is old enough to know what is right everything will be ok.” Lily stood up. James stared at his wife.
“That can’t be right Lils.”
“It is James. What do you think I’m trying to do? I don’t want to give her away but I have no choice its either her being evil and all of us being killed or us living and her not being evil. What do you want James?”
“I want her to be ours!” James shouted.
“She is ours. She just wont be living with us as Potters.” Lily walked over to the bed room door.
“No Lils I want her here. With us and her brother that’s how it should be.”
“James you thick blithering idiot. You’re only thinking of yourself!” Lily stated angrily. “My pain won’t stop till the Gods know that she will be safe. If you want to watch me go through all this pain for all of her living life while she is known as a Potter then fine. You’re always so selfish!” Lily left the room slamming the door behind her.
“Argh!” James knocked the lamp off his bed side table. James sat on the edge of his bed thinking about what he had to do.
Lily walked down in to the kitchen to make herself a cup of warm tea. She was steaming with anger. If she was a kettle and the steam was her anger then the whole house would be full of steam. She sat down at the table and put her head in to her hands. Erupting in to tears once again.

Lily had fallen asleep in the lounge room after her cup of tea she had earlier this morning. She heard some footsteps walking around the house. She had been hearing footsteps since she and James had woken up. Lily could understand the pain that James was feeling of letting their Daughter go but she had it worse then him and it was the only right thing to do. It was right by the baby and the world.
“Lily!” James’ voice called. He walked in to the lounge room and looked at wifewife. Lily noticed how horrible he looked. “Fine.”
“Fine what James?” Lily asked.
“We can give her away.” James muttered through gritted teeth. “But I don’t want to.”
“I know you don’t but you’ve made a good decision James.” Lily looked down at her big stomach. “Only 2 more months.”
“Yeah two hole months of knowing that I’m not going to get to know out little girl.” James left the lounge room. Lily frowned knowing that James wasn’t happy with her right now.
“We’ll have to go to a muggle hospital.” Lily added.
“I don’t want to talk about it now Lily.” The door bell rang. “I’ll get it.” James shouted. James opened the front door to see his mate. “Hi Padfoot.”
“Woah you look like shit.” Sirius looked at James’ droned face and baggy eyes.
“Yeah well I’ve been up since one in the morning.”
“Why?” Sirius asked.
“Just about the baby that’s all. Come in.” Sirius saw Lily walk up the staircase behind James.
“Hi Lily.” Sirius said. There wasn’t a reply.
“She’s tired too.” James walked into the lounge room.
“Oh right. Pregnant women ey?” Sirius followed him.
“Yeah pregnant women.” James grabbed his coat and his brief case. They both took a hand full of floo powder and one by one the flooed to the Ministry.
