~Chapter 3. Sev's Present.~

Harry gave Severus' lips quite a workout before allowing him to go get his present.
Severus walked slowly to his sleeping quarters and grabbed a small black box. In it, Severus' mother's bonding ring lay shining.
"C'mere, Harry." Sev said waiting for the younger man to show up.
Harry didn't know what to expect, but came into his lover's room anyway. He never knew what was going on when it came to Severus, and probably never would. He walked over to Snape.
Severus got down on his left knee, opening the case, to reveal a large ruby with two snake head wrapped around it.
"Harry, will you be mine forever? Will you bond yourself to me? Be the one I wake up with... th eone who's beautiful face I see... Will you be the one who keeps me from lonelyness, the one I keep from lonelyness. The one to keep me from forgetting how to love and be loved. Let me be the one who breathes his last breath to whisper... ' I love you Harry.' Bond yourself to me?"
Harry's eyes began to mist, he was trying his damndest not to cry. He slowly nodded yes and whispered, "Yes, of course I will."
Severus Snape let the first tears he'd cried since he was very young. He slipped the ring around Harry's finger as it began to glow an odd blue color.
"It'll protect you from everything if you think about me. I'll be by your side as soon as possible. It'll save you from much pain." He stood up straight, kissing harry sweetly. "Harry, I love you."
"I love you too, Severus." Harry smiled hugging Sev tightly.
"Our child won't have to worry about not being loved or being abandoned." Sev said quietly.
Harry just smiled weakly, he was too emotional to say anything.
"I think we need to take a quick nap before everyone arives. Dinner comes quick."
"I think you're right." Harry said with a large smile.
He walked over to the bed and laid down. He patted the spot beside him and waited for Severus to lay down. Severus walked over smiling odly. He laid beside Harry, his strong arms pulling him close. Harry Gave him an adoring look before nuzzling into his neck. Sev purred lightly and fell into a soft slumber.
Harry took a little longer to sleep. He was worried about what everyone would think about him and Severus. He was also worried about people noticing him being pregnant.
Dinner came faster than either of them expected. The sounds of people walking around and conversation brought Harry out of his troubled sleep.
Sev was busy working on Harry's Morning Sickness potion. He looked to see if he was awake. Smiling he walked into the room and kissed him.
"Dratted potions, Making my hair wretched." He groaned as it fell into his face.
"You should pull it back, so then I can see your beautiful face more often." Harry said looking into Sev's almost black eyes.
"Nobody would recognise me. They'd think I were... friendly... instead of the old greasy git, I'm supposed to be." Severus quipped.
"Well then, you can just growl at them to show how mean you are." Harry giggled.
"Oh, great... and then they'll give me bones and pat me on the head." He scowled, "When you say growl... did you mean... grr?"
Harry laughed and said, "Good boy." He looked at Sev and continued, "You know, if everyone knew how nice you really are, you'd get a better reaction."
Snape chuckled, "I'll try it once, but I'm sure I'll have girls swooning over me."
Severus got up and walked into the other room returning with a vile of potion.
"Whats that for again?"
"Morning sickness. Now, we can go face the other students. Albus will already have made the announcements and Dinner'll be underway."
"Oh fun." Harry smiled weakly and got up.
Harry walked over to Severus, wrapping his arms around him. He wasn't sure why, but his classmates now were his biggest fear.
"C'mon now, Harry. You don't have to worry... Not long to go either. Six months, it'll be easy."
"I know love, but what if people make a big deal out of it?"
"Then we'll hold our head high and ignore them."
"As long as I have you, it won't matter. I feel like I could go without frineds as long as I have you."
"Are you sure about that, I mean... they are you're friends." Sev winked, "We could always run away forever."
"I don't want to run, but if worse comes to worse... I'll have no one but you."
"Well, love, We'll see at dinner if everyone apporves. I'll be at the teacher's table."
"Alright, I'll be at my usual spot. We going to meet up after dinner?"
"You'll be at my side right after dinner. I promise" He grinned, "Want to fix my hair?" Severus wanted to make Harry feel good the best way he knew how.
Harry smiled, "Of course."
"Well, then get up." Sev teased, "I'm going to take a shower and you should too." He winked, hinting of his current state.
"I guess you're right." Harry answered, not really wanting to get up.
He did though, and followed Severus into the shower, where Sev had slowly removed his robes in a teasing matter. The sexy man infront of Harry wore only silk boxers that were tented with his obvious arousal.
Harry aslo undressed and as usual, he was commando. As soon as he removed his robes, you could see all that was needed.
Sev chuckled, "I'd nearly forgotten how sexy you looked."
Severus pulled Harry to him infront of the Mirror, placing his hands gently on the younger man's stomach.
"Here is where our Demon... I mean... Damon is. He'll be spoiled and have a great child hood. Growing up here, with Albus to spoil him. Maybe he'll even call the fool Grandpa."
Harry laughed, but the statement brought a question to mind. 'Did his Sevvie have any family? If so, why hadn't he talked about them?'
Severus smiled at their image in the mirror. "I love you, Harry. Lets take our shower?"
Meanwhile, in another part of the castle, Ron was unpolitely pushing people around and asking for Harry. It had been too long since the two had talked.
"Don't worry so much," Hermione said patiently.
"What if he still doesn't know how I feel? Lets go to dinner, we've already missed the sorting."
"Alright." Hermione said heading to the Great Hall. Se was a little irrated with Ron, but didn't show it.
Ron sat at the table, almost every spot was taken and he didn't see Harry or Snape.
Soon after Ron and Hermione sat next to Ron.
Severus sat at the high table with his hair neatly tied back and a rather warm looking expression on his face.
Ron smiled at Harry, "S'bout time you got here."
Sev looked irate when he saw the look on Ron's face.
"Yeah, I was running late." Harry grinned turning to look up at his lover.
"Whats up with the greasy git? He looks like he got..." Rons face went pale and his jaw dropped.
"Like what?" Harry asked his smile getting larger.
"Like... he... got... he... got... got... laid." Ron said weakly.
"What?" Harry mocked insult, "Have I got something on my face?"
"Er... no..." Ron's face was now beet red. "Harry is there something you need to tell me and 'Moine?"
"I'm uhh... sleeping with Snape, we're getting bonded... and did I mention I'm three months pregnant with his baby?" Harry answered offhandedly, hoping to lessen the blow.
Ron's jaw dropped again, "Well then... thats new... Why not just cut my heart out while you're at it..."
"What?" Harry questioned unaware that Ron had feelings for him.
"I thought you knew I loved you. Now, you're with Snape... pregnant and about to be bonded. is there anything else you forgot to mention that happened in three months? Are you going to move in with him? All in three fucking months."
Severus was also being hit with questions from the nearer staff members.
"Isn't it going to look strange? Harry living with you you know." Minerva asked.
"Why? We are going to be bonded."
"Yes, but he's still a student."
"He's of age." Flitwick chimed in. "We've got a bonding ceremony to start planning for."
"You're right." Minerva sighed.
Dinner passed with ease and ron left right after the prefect gave im the password. He wasn't hungry.
Hermione, will you talk to him?" Harry asked before getting up.
She nodded as Harry left.
Severus was busy preparing his lesson schedual in his private rooms when Harry came in. There was a small package waiting for Harry on one of the leather chairs infront of the fireplace.
Harry noticed it and picked it up. He slowly opened it and round his mothers bonding ring that his father had given to her.
He also found a small note. He read it quickly.
"This was your mothers, Sirius gave it to me to give it to you when the time was right. You understand the bonding correct? You're both to give your mothers rings along with rings of your own to complete the ceremony." The note was obviously from Albus.
((AN: This is just something that came into Squishy's head. I guess Squishy wanted to do something that wasn't too much the norm. Anyways, tell us what you think about this also... REVIEW -bows.-))
Harry smiled, quietly waiting for Severus.
Severus yawned and stretched walking out into the living room area.
"Sev," Harry smiled and waited for him to asnwer.
"Yes?" Sev looked panicked, "Are you alright?"
"I've got something for you." Harry said taking out a small silver ring with two emeralds set in one set of taloned feet.
Severus smiled, "They're lovely, just like your's and your mother's eyes."
Harry beamed as he slid the ring onto the man's right middle finger. It glowed a weird shade of blue, almsot like a tranquil sea.
Sev smiled, "Lets start planning for our little one. Too bad we couldn't have a daughter."
"Hopefully we will have a little girl. Boys are such pains."
"Theres no possible way for us to have a girl, we'd have to adopt and I'm not to fond of Girls."
"But it'd be fun." Harry laughed, "I'd have somebody else's hair to fix."
"You don't like my hair?" Sev pouted playfully.
"I love it, but would you really want me to fix it all girly?"
Sev winked, "As long as nobody sees, go ahead."
"I'll hold you to it."
"Alright." Sev grinned trying to hide a yawn.

"Ron, cant you just be happy for him?" Hermione asked being afraid of what Ron bigt do.
"No the bastard used me." Ron growled throwing a vile of some green potion at Hermione.
"Well... what did you expect?"
"An attempt at a relationship maybe?"
"Not if it starts out in bed." She sighed, "You were a piece of ass, deal with it."
