Revelations
You all should know who Harry Potter belongs to, if you don\'t, what on earth are you doing here?!
Sorry about the delay guys! This is a little short, but I figured something was better than nothing! enjoy!
Severus Snape tore through the castle, out the front door, and down towards the apparation point. He was on a mission. Three boys decided to fuck with him by killing the woman he loved. Now he was out for revenge. He was a few yards away from the point when he felt a spell hit his back, and he found himself staring up at the cloudy sky. Soon the face of Albus Dumbledore was hovering over him. Severus let out a growl trying to convey how pissed off he was.
“I’m sorry to put you in a body bind, my boy! I understand you are mad, but the boys are already facing a sentence in Azkaban. If you were to go there,…well I’d hate to be out of a potions master. I’m going to allow you to speak now. On your word that you’ll come back to the castle, I’ll release you. OK?…right…”
Severus could feel his jaw relax and he spoke. “What good is Azkaban going to do? I want them to suffer from the curses they put on her until they die. It’s only fair. How did you know I was headed out any way?”
“You’re taking a vacation, remember? Here in the castle, no alcohol, wards around you so I know if you’re attempting to leave…”
“Bloody hell Albus! You couldn’t pick a worse time!”
“You will be no help to yourself or us if you drink. There is no reason to drown your misery and guilt in alcohol.”
“Oh no?! How about the torture and rape of a student in my care?! How about it’s all my fault that I couldn’t stop it because I warded and locked my door?! How about the death of the woman I love on my hands?!”
“Well, I understand your guilt about the first two things. But Alex is not dead, and you will be of no help to her if you are wasted..”
“…N-Not dead…Albus this isn’t funny! I saw her this morning with my own eyes.” Replied Severus disbelievingly, blind fury painted on his face.
“Alex is in need of a certain healing potion which Poppy is out of. She is in a coma like state at the moment.”
“Bugger all, let me go so I can make it, you old fool.”
Albus smiled as Severus bolted back into the castle muttering “Old fool… wasting time talking…”

Severus ran towards the hospital wing after several hours of working on the potion that would bring Alex back to him. He would not lose her again. He spent all afternoon preparing the healing potion, taking meticulous care to make sure it was perfect. Afterwards, he rushed to the hospital wing, gripping the potion as if his life depended on it. Going to Alex’s bed, he tipped her head back opening her mouth, and carefully measured 6 drops onto her tongue. He half expected her to wake up beaming at him and throwing herself into his arms proclaiming her love for him; how he had saved her life, and oh how could she ever repay him?! But her eyes didn’t open. And he knew that was not how it would turn out. Nothing happened. All that was left to do was wait.
