Author's Note and The End
To all of those who have read and enjoyed this story -- and especially to those who have reviewed it:
Regrettably, it appears as though I\'ve reached a point in this story where I can go no further. Believe me, I\'ve tried. I\'ve made hundreds of abortive attempts to move into the next chapter. But it\'s just not going to happen. You see, the world of Harry Potter is on the cusp of a great change. Book Six is about to be released, and Film Four -- which I personally believe will probably be one of the least-accurate and most-criticized filmed versions of HP, not that that\'ll stop me from seeing it at midnight on the day it\'s released -- is coming soon after.
No, I don\'t think I can work concurrently in this timeline anymore.
However, I would ask you not to despair. I have begun writing a new HP story, nominally D/Hr, but they\'re only on the outside right now. It will be called, to start, \"The Legacy\", although the name may change as I move further inward. Some of the characters, situations, and events that you\'ve seen in \"Untitled Ravenclaw Story\" will reappear; in fact, one of the main characters is related rather closely to David Goldman.
I will be writing five chapters ahead of posting, so it may be a couple of weeks before you see the beginning of \"The Legacy\". But it is coming.
