Ginny stared at her reflection her hair now a very pail blond with a blush of red.
Mila smiled at her amazed that it still looked very nice.
"Thank you, you dont know how much this will help me," Ginny said with a smile walking to the register.
"Thank you for making me do it, it looks great, dont forget to come back for touch ups if you like it.
deppending on how fast your hair grows its recomended every 2 weeks," Mila said.
Mila stared a little at Ginny as Ginny dug threw her purse for muggle bills.
Ginny had been one of the quitest customers Mila had ever had, Ginny wasnt ignoring her, matter a fact she was
very attentive, hung on to Mila's every word.
"How much Mug... I mean how much is it?" Ginny asked.
Mila smiled "Well it's usualy 45 dollars," Mila said.
"But it's only 30 for you," Mila smiled she liked this quiet girl.
"Um so thats 22.55 pounds rigt?" Ginny asked looking sorry she only had europian money.
"I'm not sure," Mila said staring at the bills, baffled at the site of them.
"Where are you from?" Mila asked looking up.
But Ginny was out the door hurrying down the road towards the realtors office.
Ginny approched the place holding her cloke slung over her arm.
She opened the door and a chim went off, Ginny jumped and scurried threw the door almost pulling out her wand.
"Hello there Pretty lady, how can i help you today," A man asked walking towards Ginny.
Ginny took a deep breath then stepped forward determindly.
"My name is Ginivera..." Ginny began. Oh crap she thought to her self what last name should i use.
"Ginivera?" the man asked politly.
"Malfoy," Ginny blurted out. Fuck why did I just say that she cursed at her self.
"What can i do for you today Ms. Malfoy?" The man asked looking a little confused as Ginny swore.
"I need a house," Ginny said running her hand threw her hair. The man smiled, "You came to the right place then," he said.
"My name is Gregory Goldsmith, and I take care of all the propertys here in Majis," Gregory said.
"Would you like to look at a couple and then let me know when you would like some estimates?" Gregory asked
"I need somthing today," Ginny said.
Gregory looked up in shock. Ms. Malfoy it takes at least 30 days to close escrow on a home in town.
"Then put me out of town i need a secluded property, and a little land," Ginny said not about to wait 30 days
for a house.
"Well I do have one house, but it's a fixer upper and..." Gregory began.
"I'll take it," Ginny said not hesitating.
"Well it is available immediatly, however we would have to get you financed and in the system," Gregory began to
explain.
"How much is it? I will just pay it in full no paperwork to deal with," Ginny said.
Gregory laughed obviously not thinking Ginny was serious.
"Lets see," Gregory said pulling a paper out of a file cabinate.
"It's rather large and it's a steep price why dont we find somthing a bit..." Gregory said glancing at the high price.
Ginny took the paper and stared down at the powder blue house.
It was rather large just for her but that didnt matter. She looked up at the price 435,789.00 dollars or £218736.636 pounds.
It was steep but in the wizarding world it was about 300 galleons.
"Is this realy the price?" Ginny asked.
"Ok no, not any more thats an old paper let me bring it up on the screen," Gregory said.
Ginny watched as he pulled up the house on the screen.
"How did you get it in there," Ginny asked
"Oh I'm good at web pages," Gregory said not relizing Ginny thought the real house was in the screen.
"Ok it's down to 234,678.00" Gregory said.
"Ok so i will give you £117792.5011 pounds for it," Ginny said doing the math in her head quickly.
"pounds?" Gregory asked. "Oh yes let me convert it then we can sit to finance," Gregory said pulling a converter up on her computer.
"Just tell me the price," Ginny said tierd of the Gregorys rambling.
"Kevin come up here please," Gregory said Pulling the price in pounds up on the screen.
it was £117792.5011 pounds just like Ginny had said.
A man named Kevin walked up to the front and Ginny stood waiting impatiently.
"If your serious about this and its not some sort of joke then Kevin can see if you can be financed," Gregory said.
Ginny flared with anger. "Ok listen now muggle, I want this house i will pay for it right here right now and thats it. I'm tierd of trying to explain it to you," Ginny said angrily to Gregory.
Gregory looked taken aback and Kevin smirked.
"I just..." Gregory began.
"You just dont listen to young females? Or is it you dont listen to anyone?" Ginny raved.
Gregory looked as if he was going to eather cry or scream back.
"Ms..." Kevin began. "Malfoy," Ginny spat and turn to the other man.
It came out to £117792.5011 pounds on the computer would you be paying cash or charge?" The man asked.
"Finally a smart man," Ginny said smiling. "Cash now," Ginny said. Kevin raised his eyebrows but didnt say a
word only lead Ginny into his office.
