The Good, the Bad and the Death Eater

Hey All welcome to my first ever Fan Fiction, most of the characters are not mine no matter how much I would love them to be. The only character that is mine is Aphrodite Taylor, she is mine all mine, he he. Hope you enjoy.

First Day

Aphrodite awoke with a dodgy stomach, this was to be the first full day of her career in Hogwarts, She rolled out of bed and glanced at her teaching plan, she was to be teaching the sixth years, this should be no problem as not many sixth years were in that lesson. Looking up at the clock in her room she realised that it was almost time for breakfast, not that she was hungry, nerves had taken over. She just wanted to see if Remus and Sirius were there, she could do with a friendly face.

She quickly threw on her robes and got washed, then made her way to the great hall, she was too busy looking out for Remus and Sirius that she hadn\'t noticed who she was walking into.

\"Watch it!\" growled the man

\"Opps, Professor Snape, do forgive me, I am so sorry, wasn\'t watching where I was going\" she said shakily

\"I just hope your lessons got better then your awareness of others\" and then Snape stalked off. Aphrodite let out a large sigh and carried on walking, so far she wasn\'t doing a good job of keeping on the good side of the Potions Master. When she entered the great hall she was relieved to see Remus and Sirius sitting down, so she hurriedly went to join them.

\"Morning guys\" she said quietly

\"Hey Sugar Plum, what\'s up with you?\" Sirius said when he saw her pale face.

\"Umm, well lets just say I\'ve not endeared myself to Snape, I just about bowled him over in the corridor\"

Sirius found this highly amusing until Remus nudged him and made him look at Aphrodite who was anything far from amused, they ate breakfast in an almost silence, then made their way to their classrooms, Sirius was the first to leave as his classroom came first, it was a fair walk to Remus\'s and Aphrodite\'s. On their way to their respective classrooms Remus tried to cheer her up, he asked her to join him and Sirius in the Three Broom Sticks that night, she agreed and that was that.

When she got to her classroom round about twenty students were waiting outside, the girl who she assumed was called Hermione was there, she had remembered her little protest with the ginger haired lad, she assumed was called Ron, however Ron and the other lad weren\'t in site, so she thought that\'s not so bad, there wont be petty arguments over who fancies who and stuff. As soon as the students were seated she began.

\"Welcome to Muggle Studies, Im Professor Taylor and today we will be looking at Muggle Travel. Now who can name me different ways that Muggles transport themselves around the world?....Hermione?\"

\"Well, there are many ways, for instance Aeroplanes, Cars, Boats, Buses, ferry\'s, Trains, Bicycles...\"

\"Good good, lets just stop you there, some of which you mentioned are also in use by wizards\"

That lesson went rather well, no class clowns as such and having Hermione in the class made it easy, there was no silence after she asked a question because without fail Hermione was there to answer her questions. The rest of the day went pretty much the same, though of course without a student answering all questions. When the day had finished Remus popped his head round the corner to see how she was getting on, they sat in her class room for at least an hour until \'Mr Happy\' himself walked in.

\"Ah...Lupin and Taylor....\" started Snape but Aphrodite stepped in

\"Ah if it isn\'t Mr Happy, the ray of sunshine himself!\" she begun brightly

\"Shut up, Dumbledore seeks a word with you both, immediately\" he sneered

Snape turned on his heels and quickly vanished, Remus just laughed at her, he\'d never seen any get on Snapes nerves as much as her, they made their way to Dumbledores office bumping into Sirius on the way. As it turned out he to had to go to see Dumbledore as well, when they reached the gargoyle leading to Dumbledore\'s office Aphrodite said \'pink candyfloss\' and in they went. The meeting with Dumbledore was short as he only wanted to know how their days had gone on, he was rather pleased that all three had settled in well and had made friends quickly. As they turned to leave Dumbledore shouted after Aphrodite.

\"I trust you get on with Severus, Aphrodite?\"

She turned round to see him grinning with a twinkle in his eyes, she grinned back and shouted \'yeah, we get on like a house on fire\'. Remus laughed at her comment towards Snape earlier but Sirius just looked at them gone out. Sirius and Remus walked Aphrodite back to her room and told her to get ready to go to the Three Broom Sticks. She made them cups of tea and quickly changed into a short black dress and straightened her hair, she then quickly did her make-up and announced she was ready to go, Sirius couldn\'t take his eyes off her and made it obvious, Remus however tried to make it less obvious, Aphrodite laughed at them both.

\"Do I look all right?!\" she grinned at them.

\"...\" remus was speechless and Sirius made his feelings pretty clear.

\"Whoa!! Your a right stunner!!\"

Aphrodite blushed and then made to walk out the door, followed by the two dumbstruck men.

When they got to the Three Broom Sticks most the males at the bar turned their heads round to look at Aphrodite, In the corner were a few of the female teaching staff of Hogwarts, some smiled and commented on how beautiful she looked, but Madam Pince said she looked like a tart from the red light district. Offended by this Aphrodite said she didn\'t fancy sitting near her, Remus picking up on this took her over to a different table after say a warm hello to the other staff, Sirius soon follow suit and sat down. The door opened and Aphrodite looked as Professor Snape walked in, took one look at her and walked out again.

\"Sugar Plum, do I get the distinct impression that our Sev don\'t like you much?\" Sirius asked with a grin

\"Umm you could say that\" All three laughed and carried on drinking.
