Chapter 17:

Erin didn’t know what to think. So there was another half fae and half wizard female, trying to mate with a wizard to produce a ‘Wizard Mage’ just as Harry and she are supposed to do. This also meant that Rhys was not involved directly in the ‘final battle’ between the good and evil in the Wizarding world. She didn’t know if she was to be comforted by that or not. It meant that basically she was involved in two battles, just as she thought, one for her throne and one for the Wizard kind which in time would pore over into her world if the Dark Lord, Voldemort, won in the end. She couldn’t believe that the man was dead, but his war was still raging on.

‘Great, just great!’

Lucius could see her mind working as he continued to stare at her from above. She was so lost in thought that he continued to caress her without the hindrance of her telling him to stop.

Erin continued working things out in her mind and it dawned on her that Lucius said that the Dark Lord didn’t know why she and Harry were to produce a child. So she wisely caught on that she must not slip and let Lucius know the whole reason and hoped desperately that there was a glitch in Voldemort’s plan. But first, she had to deal with the problem at hand. Lucius Malfoy.

She came to with a jerk of her entire body when she felt his finger enter her. “AAAHHHHH!” She screamed for the second time that morning. “Stop, STOP!” She tried to push his hand away, again to only be reminded at how weak she was in comparison to him. She had a death grip on his wrist.

“What love, you’re going to be shy?” He asked sarcastically.

“Please Lucius, things were going so well. Please don’t force this.” Erin begged.

Lucius was actually caught off guard by her pleading. “Alright, we have plenty of time for you to get used to the idea of you and I together. I can wait. I’d rather have a willing partner anyway.” He said huskily. “And from what my spies tell me, you can be very passionate in bed. That is what I want.”

Lucius removed his hand and brought the wet digit up to his mouth and licked it clean while looking down at Erin. Erin remained frozen and wide eyed, waiting to see if he would do as she asked and leave.

Lucius bent his head down for a final time and kissed Erin, nibbling at her lower lip, grinding against her just once and moaned in response. With a soft growl he moved from the bed and retrieved his dressing gown. He stared at her for a while with it in his hand, giving Erin a chance to see what she was missing. And Erin did look. Lucius was very tall, lean and well built. She knew he must be in his forties, but he didn’t look it at all. He was very handsome and his blond hair was enticing, wanting her to run her hands through it and his lips begged to be kissed. But at the same time she was afraid of him. He had come so close to raping her.

He smirked as he turned to put on his dressing gown and just as he reached the door he turned to look at her. “Erin love, dress nicely this evening when you come down for dinner. There is someone I wish for you to meet.” With elegance, he left.

Erin couldn’t believe what had just occurred. She had come so close to admiring his beauty and desiring him. She laid back down and tried very hard to think about something else. She was angry herself for feeling the slightest bit of desire for Lucius. “Harry, I need you.” She whispered to herself quietly.

Erin got up and went straight for the bathroom for a bath and as she was soaking in the tub she continued to think. She was disturbed by the fact that there were ‘spies’ that would tell Lucius about her private life with Harry. And she was disturbed that Lucius wanted to be the one to get her pregnant. She was so full of questions that she lost tract of time.

That evening she dressed as she was told and had chosen a low cut blue satin gown that brought out her eyes. To be honest, she really didn’t have much choice in her attire as it was Lucius that had personally selected everything she had available to wear. Even the first morning she awoke at his estate she was in an expensive elegant nightgown. The only thing she had to her name prior to arriving was the hospital dressing gown and she assumed he had burned it upon her arrival. His ability to purchase clothing in the appropriate size was a bit disturbing. She hated to think it was him that dressed her when she was unconscious.

As she walked downstairs she heard Lucius talking with another and once she arrived into the dining room she saw who she was to met. Draco Malfoy.

“Hello Erin.” Draco said as he stood to take her hand in his.

“Draco Malfoy, I don’t know why I didn’t make the connection before. Let me guess, you are Lucius’ son.” Erin said as she slowly removed her hand from Draco’s.

“Yes and thanks to me, you arrived into my father’s hands safely.” Draco said as he pulled a chair out for her to sit. Erin, trying to keep things from getting out of hand decided it would be best to remain…polite.

“Thank you.” She said trying not to sound sarcastic as she allowed Draco to push her chair forward just a tad. She made eye contact with Lucius.

“You are beautiful tonight, Love.” Lucius said softly giving Draco a moment to understand the situation.

“Thank you Lucius. You look nice as well.” Erin replied.

Draco was a bit disturbed by his father’s words. This meant that the plan has been altered some and Draco was to not flirt or tease Erin as he had hoped. True he had his own betrothed to think about. Both women were beautiful and fair, but Erin was royalty and Alana was not. They were like night and day. Alana had black hair and ebony eyes while Erin had blond hair and blue eyes. His magic called for Alana, but who was he to ignore a beauty like Erin.

Draco moved to sit in front of Erin on his father’s right side and continued to think about the situation at hand. The original plan (as he was aware of) was to keep Erin away from Potter, preventing her from producing children therefore allowing Prince Rhys time to create offspring of his own. Now it appears that his father has taken a ‘fancy’ to Erin and is considering ruling in Rhys’ stead. That is, if his father manages to breed with Erin instead of Potter. Well, he really shouldn’t be all that surprised. If it wasn’t for Potter, his Father and Alana, he would have considered it himself. Well, if his father succeeds it would make him Prince Draco, unworthy to rule, but a title none the less.

Draco was brought out of his thoughts when he saw his father take Erin’s hand and place a kiss upon it. He was surprised that Erin didn’t yank her hand back disgusted. But she allowed him to hold her hand, ‘Interesting’.

Knowing what Draco was thinking as he was staring at her hand, she asked “How is Harry?” Lucius squeezed her hand making her wince slightly.

Erin glared at Lucius only to find him looking at her as if he was innocent. She took a deep breathe and looked back at Draco.

“He is fine, worried, but fine.” Draco said trying to sound casual like he was talking about the weather.

Erin nodded at Draco and gently removed her hand from Lucius’ to eat. They all ate in silence until Draco couldn’t take it any longer.

“So father, you going to visit mother’s grave this year?” Draco asked making Erin look up.

Lucius and Draco actually kept Narcissa’s death a secret. She had actually died during the last battle but was whisked away. It was believed that it was wisest for Draco’s sake to keep her activities with the Dark Lord unknown.

“Now Draco, you know that is not a thing to say at the Dinner table. And you know that is not an option for me under the current conditions.” Lucius scolded. But he was smiled slightly and winked at Draco. He knew what his son was doing. He, in a not so subtle way, let Erin know that Lucius was free to pursue her. And sure enough he saw Erin flinch and close her eyes momentarily.

Erin couldn’t believe it. They were both against her, she could tell by the tone of Draco’s voice. She continued to eat as if nothing at all was said.
