The Snake and The Lioness

A/N: This chapter was written quickly after the last and I just had to hurry and put it up. Anyway, this contains a bit more sex. Playful sex I like to call it. It also introduces Lucius\' relationship with Narcissa, whom by now, we know he doesn\'t have any feelings for. The next chapter is all about Narcissa and Lucius, no sex in this, just a sort of explaination. Also, just to let you know, this trip that they take, there isn\'t much trip in it really, I just wanted to have a setting where Adrienne and Lucius could have a talk alone. Anyway, hope you enjoy it.

Lucius gave Adrienne one day to tell her housemates that she would be gone for a few days. Adrienne went home and packed properly for the few days they would be gone. Lucius hadn\'t told her where they were going, but Adrienne knew it would be somewhere special.

Nina, who was thankful that her little talk had made him come around, was especially happy that he and Adrienne had gotten back together. She could only smile when Adrienne told Christian and Harry that she was back with Lucius and that she would be gone for a few days.

\"Chris, I\'m going. No matter what you say, it is not going to change my mind. Why should it? You are not my father.\" Adrienne said, packing a bathing suit away.

\"I may not be your father, but I still know what\'s good for you.\" Christian said.

\"No. You don\'t know what is good for me. If you did, you would know that I need to grow up. At least Nina takes some intersets in what I want, rather than need.\" Adrienne said, cheekily.

\"Nina? Nina, what is she talking about?\" Christian asked.

\"Well, she was just so miserable, Chris. Adrienne is like my sister, I was not going to let her be miserable when I could do something. So I got her and Lucius back together. It\'s no big deal.\" Nina replied.

\"Nina, why would you do that? Adrienne would have gotten over her little \'heartache\' and then she could have met some wizard who actually cares about her.\" Christian said, pointing to Adrienne.

\"But if you would open your eyes you would see that Lucius does care for her.\" Nina defended.

\"Yeah, he cares alright. He showed that very well when he left her, didn\'t he?\"

\"Lucius just had to get over the shock of it all. He needed some time and so did Adrienne, truthfully. To figure out if she really wanted to be with Lucius or not ... and now I am sure that she is sure.\" Nina nodded to Adrienne, who was closing her carry-on full of clothes.

\"Yes. I am sure. I told Lucius just that. Chris, I just can\'t have you meddling in my personal affairs. Either you accept them or you don\'t. But I am not going to let you just control me. Harry has butted out, but you, you keep at it. Just let it go. I\'m happy with him and that is all that matters to me.\" Adrienne said in a venomous voice. Then she smiled and turned to Nina. Hugged her and turned to Harry and hugged him.

When she got to Christian, she closed her eyes and opened her arms. Christian hesitated for a moment, then gave her a hug.

\"Just be careful. No one will be there to pick up the pieces all the time.\" Christian said.

\"Believe me, if there are any pieces to be picked up ... they won\'t be mine.\" Adrienne said, heading out the door and apparating to the manor.

Adrienne waited in the kitchen while Lucius finished getting ready. She helped herself to a goblet of water and twirled her fingers through her hair. She was nervous. This would be the first time that her and Lucius would be alone together for a good while without someone interrupting.

Lucius walked into the kitchen, behind her, and covered Adrienne\'s eyes. \"Where do you think we are going? The North Pole? Why do you have on so many clothes?\"

\"I just wanted to make sure I was dressed properly.\" Adrienne said, looking down at her jeans, shirt, jumper, vest, boots and robe. \"Too much?\"

\"Yeah.\" Lucius said, puuling out his wand. He changed her clothes into a knee-length skirt and a camisole. \"Much better. Don\'t cover yourself so, it\'s unnatural.\"

\"No. It\'s just more convinent for you.\" Adrienne joked and rolled her eyes.

\"True.\" Lucius said, cupping Adrienne\'s face and leaning down to give her a kiss. \"Anyway, the portkey will take us away in a few minutes. Let\'s go get our things.\"

Adrienne and Lucius walked into his living room. Lucius looked at the small carry-on sitting in his favourite chair.

\"You\'re not bringing very much, huh?\" Lucius asked.

\"Oh, it has a charm on it. There are much more clothes in there then it seems. Don\'t you know anything about magic?\" Adrienne laughed.

\"Well, just to let you know, you didn\'t need all of those clothes.\"

\"Let me guess why, because I will never be out of bed?\" Adrienne smirked.

\"Maybe. But it may just have to do with where we are going.\" Lucius said, looking like he was holding the meaning of life.

Adrienne rolled her eyes. \"Do you always have to be so vague? Sometimes I feel as if I\'m talking to a ... sphinx.\"

\"You liken me to a sphinx? I guess you could.\" Lucius said with a small smile.

\"I can.\" Adrienne said, sighing at Lucius\' constant vagueness. Then she picked up her bag.

\"Grab a hold of this.\" Lucius said, holding out a silver and diamond chalise. \"The portkey will activate in one minute.\"

\"Look at this. Such an expensive portkey.\" Adrienne joked. \"You could have just used an old sock, you know.\"

\"Yes, but my lady and I will always travel in style.\" Lucius said, as they both started to feel the familiar and strange-feeling twist of the portkey.

When Adrienne opened her eyes, they had landed in a forest-like clearing. Adrienne turned to Lucius, wondering if this is where he meant for them to be. Lucius turned to her and smiled. He took out his wand and apparated them away.

They popped into the middle of Le Belle Alley. Adrienne gave a gleeful cry. It was just like Lucius to surprise Adrienne with something so simple, yet so wonderful. Adrienne grabbed Lucius\' hand before he could even get even footing and she dragged him off to her favourite place in the world. The Eiffel Tower.

\"Where are you taking me? I\'m supposed to be taking you on a trip.\" Lucius said. He stopped, making Adrienne stop with him.

\"Come see the Eiffel Tower with me.\" Adrienne said, almost beaming.

\"It\'s not like I haven\'t seen it before.\" Lucius drawled.

\"I know, but we\'ve never seen it together.\" Adrienne whispered into Lucius\' ear.

\"Alright. Lead the way.\" Lucius said.

Lucius thought Adrienne would apparate them to the tower, but she didn\'t. Adrienne wanted to see the beautiful sights. They strolled down the avenue towards the tower. The sun was gone and the moon was high in the sky. It created a lovely effect.

The street lights looked like a symphony as they danced off the water across from the tower. Adrienne took a deep breath. The smell of France was just so wonderful. Lucius watched Adrienne in an amused fashion. He had never seen someone so ... fond of France, except for tourist from other countries.

\"Let\'s go to the top.\" Adrienne said, pulling Lucius towards the stairs to take them up to the second floor.

\"Okay.\"

They walked, slowly, up the stairs. Lucius thought that they were going a bit too slow. Wouldn\'t the other people want to go on up, he wondered. Obviously not, because they were stopping every few steps, taking pictures or snogging.

When they were about halfway up the long flight of stairs, Adrienne turned and cupped Lucius\' face in her small hands and pressed her lips against his. Lucius was taken by surprise, but quickly recovered. He put his arms around her waist and returned the kiss enthusiastically.

They were in the middle of snogging each other silly when someone tapped Lucius on the shoulder. Lucius turned, about to hex the person to oblivion. Adrienne could see Lucius\' temper starting to boil. She stepped forward.

\"Oui, Monsieur?\" Adrienne asked.

\"Une photographie, Mademoiselle? Monsieur ? The young man asked, holding up his camera.

Adrienne turned to Lucius, who shrugged, then turned back to the young man. \"Oui.\"

The young man nodded and started to pose them. He moved them back into the pose they were in just a few moments before. With the addition of Adrienne kicking her leg back. The pose was comfortable and natural.

The young man took the picture, looked it over and handed it to Adrienne. Adrienne showed it to Lucius.

\"Merci.\" Adrienne said to the photographer. Luciu handed the young man a few francs and nodded to the young man, who seemed a bit hesitant to take so many francs for his work. He tried to give a few back, but Lucius waved him away.

\"Merci beaucoup!\" The young man said, walking off with a smile on his face.

\"C\'était gentil, considérant qu\'il a seulement chargé un franc.\" Adrienne said, as they continued up the tower.

\"Just because I am here, does not mean that I am not still the same extravagent Lucius Malfoy.\"

\"That\'s vrai.\"

Adrienne and Lucius stood, looking down at everyone walking past the Eiffel Tower. Adrienne sighed contently and Lucius watched Adrienne lovingly. They stood there for at least an hour, gazing lovingly into each other\'s eyes. Then Adrienne yawned and Lucius asked if she was ready to go.

\"Yeah, let\'s head back. We can always visit again before we leave.\" Adrienne said, letting Lucius lead her back down the stairs.

They apparated to the Inn that Lucius had arranged for them to stay in. Adrienne laughed, thinking that they probably wouldn\'t be needing the room like last time. She kept that thought to herself, as they traveled in the lift to get to their room.

The room was large and extrvagent. A huge bed stood in the middle of the room as the focal point. Two chairs next a fireplace. French doors, leading out onto a balcony. You could see the bath from where Adrienne stood in the room. That too was grand. A large tub sat in the middle of the bathroom. It had four dragon claws as feet and a dragon head for the spout.

Adrienne didn\'t even finish surveying the room before she ran and hopped in the bed. It was covered in cashmire and silk like she thought. Like Lucius\' bed at the manor. She looked to Lucius, who was still standing at door.

\"Close the door. Come get in this bed. You know you want to.\" Adrienne said, twirling around in the covers.

\"Don\'t you want to go eat something?\" Lucius asked, thinking about how hungry he was.

\"I\'m hungry, but not for food. Doesn\'t Paris just emite passion and romance?\"

\"Yes, it does. That\'s why I picked here to bring you. And let me cure me your hunger so we can go eat some food.\" Lucius said, in his sexy smooth voice.

Lucius stepped over to the bed and kneeled next to Adrienne\'s form. Lucius lifted Adrienne\'s camisole. He ran his fingers along her softly muscled abdomen. Adrienne laughed at the tickling sensation.

\"I\'m starting to have a hunger for something besides food myself.\" Lucius said, in a playful manner.

Adrienne sat up as Lucius removed her camisole and her corset. She laid back down against the cool silk. Lucius traced patterns around her nipples. Adrienne let out a slow, airy breath. Lucius leaned over and took one nipple into his warm mouth, making Adrienne gasp.

As Lucius laved and nipped at her breast, Adrienne reached and undid his dress shirt. Adrienne pushed Lucius away and pushed his shirt over his shoulders. Lucius stood and unlaced his trousers. Adrienne watched in anticipation.

Lucius climbed into the bed next to Adrienne. Adrienne turned towards Lucius and gave him a kiss on his chest. Lucius moved between Adrienne\'s legs and leaned down, tasting her center. Adrienne reached down, pressing Lucius to her.

\"I can see that you\'re eager.\" Lucius drawled, bringing himself up from her and giving her a kiss. He sat back, watching her reaction. \"Do you like the taste of yourself?\"

\"No, I don\'t like it ... I love it ... on you.\" Adrienne said, her voice much lower than before.

\"Good.\"

Lucius laid out over her and Adrienne reached down to guide him into her. Lucius held Adrienne\'s hands above her head as he moved inside of her. Adrienne made that little humming noise that she always makes. Lucius reveled in that sound.

Adrienne pulled her legs up around Lucius\' hips, pushing him deeper. Lucius made a growling noise as Adrienne moved her hips around. Adrienne nipped at Lucius\' neck, making him let out a small chuckle.

Then Lucius sat up. Adrienne looked at him coyly, wondering what he was doing.

\"Get up and turn around. Hold the headboard.\" Lucius commanded. Adrienne loved it when he ordered her around ... sexually, at least.

Adrienne, promptly obeyed his order. She felt a bit strange with her bum in the air. The cold air, hitting it from all angles. Then all thought left as Adrienne could feel Lucius\' warmth behind her.

Lucius grabbed a hold on her hips. He pushed her legs apart farther with his knee. He caressed her bum, taking in the firmness of it. He gave a chuckle from his throat and slapped her backside.

Adrienne turned around. \"Lucius, what are you doing?\"

\"Just playing with you a bit, my pet.\" Lucius said, pushing his way into her center from behind. Adrienne let out a yelp of surprise. This position offered a totally new feeling. Adrienne could hardly catch her breath as Lucius gripped her and pounded into her.

Adrienne\'s eye rolled back as she felt herself starting to reach her zenith. She panted as she felt Lucius let go of her hips and intertwine his fingers with her\'s. Adrienne pushed back towards him as Lucius thrust. Both getting lost in love and feeling.

Adrienne came first, screaming Lucius\' name. She couldn\'t let go of the headboard as Lucius\' hands kept her\'s there. She just went a bit limp, her head hanging below her arms, almost touching her chest.

Lucius came a few moments later with a more quiet panting of her name. Lucius tightened his hands on Adrienne\'s as he pulled them from their death grip on the headboard. They both fell against the covers, sweat-drenched and out of breath.

Lucius rolled off Adrienne onto his back. Adrienne would\'ve lifted herself, but she was too tired and she ached a bit. Lucius used his finger to follow a drop of sweat traveling down Adrienne\'s back and onto the covers.

\"I love you, you know.\" Adrienne whispered.

\"I know you do. How can you not?\" Lucius asked.

\"Please. Stop being so self-centered.\" Adrienne said, laughing into one of the cashmire pillows.

\"Anyway, I\'m tired now. My hunger is strangely absent.\"

\"That\'s good because I doubt that I could even move my legs.\" Adrienne sighed.

\"Oh, you weren\'t complaining a minute ago.\"

\"I\'m not complaining now. I\'m just saying that ... I don\'t know what I\'m saying. That was just wonderful.\"

\"I\'m sure it was. Sometimes I wonder how you expect me t stop being so self-centered when you compliment me so.\" Lucius said, twirling one of Adrienne\'s curls.

\"Well, just remember that you better remember to compliment me sometimes. A girl likes to feel special, too.\" Adrienne smirked.

\"Oh, I know.\" Lucius said sourly. \"Narcissa used to insist on it. I could never please her. No matter what I did.\"

Adrienne sat up. For some reason, she wasn\'t jealous or bothered by talk of Narcissa. In fact, she was interested in Narcissa. Draco hardly talked about Narcissa, but when he did, it was always positive talk. \"Lucius, tell me, about yourself and Narcissa.\"

\"You sure you want to hear about it? It\'s not really that interesting.\" Lucius sighed.

\"Yes, I do. Tell me.\"
