Scorpius the Charmer
Ok, here you go, Percy and Draco getting married.
Just a few pointers before I get to the chapter.
This one takes place near the end of October. Andie and George are back from their honeymoon.
It is once again a Saturday, so the children can attend the weddings without missing their schoolwork. This wedding occurs at Hogwarts.
In response to a review I got that said Andie recovered fast from Vasili. She didn’t really. The story jumped from August to about mid September. Andie is a very strong person, and she had George to show her that she was still the same to him, so that speeded the recovery.
To Rave_XTM, thank you so so much for your review. It was like the highest praise as a writer I could have received. To hear that I managed to pull you in was so amazing to me. And I will never be writing another het scene. I hated writing it, I much prefer writing slash. Thank you so much for reviewing and telling me that. Because of that, this chapter is dedicated to you.
Now, I think that’s everything. And on with the chapter.
************************
Percy sat in the guest room, contemplating his life. He had been in love with Draco since Hogwarts. Not surprising that the young Veela had claimed him as his mate. He still remembered Draco’s 21st birthday party.
***FLASHBACK***
Percy stood amongst Slytherins, itching to hand out detentions. He had to constantly keep reminding himself that he was no longer at Hogwarts.
And then the room went cloudy, his perception dimmed as Draco walked towards him.
“Mr Weasley, would you be kind enough as to come with me. I have a matter that I need to discuss with you,” Draco said.
“Of course, Mr Malfoy. Lead the way.”
To Percy’s surprise, Draco led him straight to his own bedroom. It was large and impressive, done in deep greens with dark wood furniture. Most impressive of all was the huge bed.
Draco locked and warded the door, and then turned to Percy. He looked nervous.
“Percy, there is something I want to tell you, but I’m not sure how you’ll take it,” Draco said gently.
“I’ll try to take it well. You forget, I grew up with the twins.” Percy still couldn’t say Fred’s name, referring to them instead as the twins.
“I’m a quarter Veela. And you’re my mate,” Draco blurted.
They stood in silence for a while.
“What about Pansy? She’s your wife, shouldn’t she be your mate?” Percy asked.
Draco laughed. “Me and Pansy are friends. She has had a female lover since long before we were married.”
Draco laughed at Percy’s look of shock.
Percy recovered himself and moved towards Draco, who was leaning against the door. He wound his arms around Draco’s waist and kissed him.
***END FLASHBACK***
And now here he was, their wedding day. He still found it incredible that Draco wanted him, let alone loved him.
He was snapped from his thoughts as Draco slipped through the door of his room.
“What are you doing here? We’re not supposed to see each other until the ceremony,” Percy said as Draco insinuated himself into Percy’s arms.
“I had to sleep without you last night. I missed you. And, besides, the wedding isn’t for a few more hours. Who’s going to notice?” Draco said as he kissed Percy, the two of them melting into the kiss.
They sprang apart when someone coughed from the doorway. They looked up sheepishly into a pair of green eyes.
“Ummm, we were, just..” Draco began.
“I know what you two were just. I’ve walked in on you two enough times over the last five years to know what you two were just,” Andie said. “Besides, father is on his way to help you get ready Draco. You better get back to your own room.”
Draco nodded and walked quickly to his own room.
Andie left Percy when Arthur, and the Weasley boys entered the room.

Percy stood at the alter at the head of the Great Hall. The tables had been removed making room for row upon row of chairs. The alter had been placed where the teachers table usually sat, the chairs arranged to face the alter, an aisle left in the middle. The sun was just setting, casting a warm glow on the Great Hall.
He was full of jitters, so much so that he couldn’t stand still. He kept pacing, three steps there, three steps back.
Ron rolled his eyes. “Percy,” he said, taking him by the shoulders and standing him in the correct place. “If you don’t stand still, I’m going to get Harry to Crucio you. He’s better at them than I am.”
“I’m sorry Ron, it’s just, what if he’s changed his mind?”
“You’ve been together how long?”
“Sixteen years.”
“So shut up and stand still. It’ll be starting soon.”
Mere moments after he said it, the guests took to their seats and the wedding began. Scorpius was first up, ring barer again, in robes of deep green, representing his house.
House unity had been chosen as the theme of his wedding. All the guests were wearing robes in their house colours. The red clashed horribly with the Weasley’s hair.
Then came Andie, the only bridesmaid, in a dress of deep blue, accompanied by George in robes of red.
Then came a sight which made Percy’s doubts melt away. Lucius was leading Draco down the aisle, the two blondes joined arm in arm. Lucius was in a deep green robe, while Draco had on a lighter green robe with silver stitching. Draco seemed to glow, the sunset catching his blond hair.
Lucius led Draco to the alter and Percy, copying what George had done, bowed to Lucius and kissed his hand as a mark of respect. Lucius nodded and assumed his seat between Andie and Harry.
Minerva McGonagall stood up and smiled one of her rare smiles.
“Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to witness the bonding of these two souls. I must admit that it came as quite a shock to see their names on the request for me to perform the ceremony, but a pleasant one. Now, is there anyone that objects to this union?”
The Great Hall was silent.
“Good. Now, Mr Weasley, turn to Mr Malfoy and repeat after me.”
(A/N I know he’s supposed to repeat but I’m not putting it like that, so imagine he’s repeating it)
“I Percy Ignatius Weasley, take you Draco Malfoy, to be my bonded, for the rest of my life. I vow here today, in front of people we love and care about, that I will love you, honour you and cherish you until the end of my days.”
Minerva turned to Draco. “Mr Malfoy, repeat after me please.”
“I Draco Malfoy, take you Percy Ignatius Weasley, to be my bonded, for the rest of my life. I vow here today, in front of people we love and care about, that I will love you, honour you and cherish you until the end of my days.”
Minerva positively beamed at them. “Now, young Mr Malfoy, would you be so kind as to bring the rings to your father and Mr Weasley.”
Scorpius stepped forwards and held out the plain green cushion to his father. Draco smiled and took one of the rings. Both were an identical emerald ring, both Draco and Percy taking the same size in rings.
“With this ring, I promise to love honour and cherish you for the rest of my days. I will love you and no other until the day I die,” Draco said, looking into Percy’s eyes as he slid the ring on to meet the engagement ring.
Percy smiled and took the other ring, smiling and winking at Scorpius. “With this ring, I promise to love honour and cherish you for the rest of my days. I will love you and no other until the day I die.” Percy slid the ring onto Draco’s finger, his eyes never leaving the silvery grey ones.
Minerva looked like she was ready to cry with happiness. “Gentlemen, you may kiss your bond mate now,” she said gently. They leaned in and kissed each other almost chastely. Minerva addressed the crowd. “It is with great pleasure and honour that I finally introduce to you all, Draco and Percy Weasley Malfoy.”
The Great Hall erupted into cheers and people stood to applaud the couple as they embraced each other. Percy pulled Scorpius into the embrace. He was their son now, but never forgetting Pansy’s input into Scorpius, and Percy was determined never to let Scorpius feel left out of the relationship.
The chairs floated up into the air and landed at the edge of the Hall. Draco led Percy onto the dance floor and they proceeded to sway, a slow loving dance. After a verse and a chorus, other dancing couples joined the floor, Lucius and Harry, Andie and George, Bill and Fleur, Arthur and Molly, Ron and Hermione.
Lucius and Percy nudged their respective mates and motioned them to look at their children. Scorpius had walked up to Lily and asked her to dance. She blushed and nodded, allowing him to lead her onto the dance floor.
Draco smirked at his son’s forwardness. Scorpius smirked back. “What, you thought I would lower myself to dance with those cretins that keep asking me out? No thank you. Lily here is a spectacular dancer and besides, she’s going to be my step aunt soon enough. She’s family. And she looked lonely all by herself,” Scorpius said, the last bit very quietly.
Harry smiled up at Draco. “Quite the charmer, your son. Must have gotten it from his grandfather. Skipped a generation,” he mocked his soon to be stepson.
“I’ll have you know, I can be quite charming when I want to. I’ve just never desired to be charming to you, Harry,” Draco said.
As another song started, Harry and Percy switched partners. Harry and Draco continued to trade insults with no malice.
After a long night, with much food and alcohol and a hell of a lot of dancing with various people, Draco let Percy pull him to a quiet corner and into his arms.
“How does Paris sound?” Percy said.
“Depends on what Paris has to do with us,” Draco replied.
Percy held up a set of keys. “Your father gave them to me. We’re going there for our honeymoon. The little apartment your family have.”
Draco smiled and let Percy Apparate them away.

There you go, another wedding. So, what did you all think of this one?
The honeymoon chapter of Draco and Percy will be up next chapter and I have a little question. Who would you like to be on top? Percy or Draco?
Anything you’d really like those two to do? They’ve been together for sixteen years so I want this to be a different kind of fucking for them. *plot bunny hops around madly, shouting slashy smutty ideas*
Please review and let me know what you think of this chapter and what you want in the next one, which will be up in a few days.
