Where we last left off: Severus had just come home to a partially destroyed house, and Ana trapped in a closet!

\"Kids, let me OUT!!!\" Ana wailed pitifully. The kids were blissfully ignorant of Severus\' arrival.
At least until he boomed in a menacing voice, \"What is going on in here?!\"

The kids yelped and whirled around. \"Erm... Aunt Ana was bad..?\" Chris nodded. \"Like.. yep\" \"She was what?\" Severus advanced on them, scowling heavily. \"How did she get stuck in the closet?\"

\"We put her there, because she mad a big mess?\" Jenny offered, backing up against the door. Chris nodded. \"Yeah, we\'re mad at her\"

He didn\'t say anything, just stared at them, until they both dropped their gazes to the floor. He had years of experience expressing his displeasure with children. Finally he spoke. \"Let your aunt out of the closet, now.\"

They opened the door and Ana was holding a hand over her forehead, looking pissed, yet crying at the same time. The kids looked terrified and ran off outside

Severus went to his distraught girlfriend. \"Are you alright, Ana?\" He put his arms around her gently.

She threw her arms around him, revelaing a large bruise where she had smacked her forehead on the back wall of the closet. \"They are evil, they don\'t listen, they broke my wand, and I couldn\'t spank them\" she whimpered

Severus\' expression grew dark. \"They broke your wand? And they gave you this bruise?\" He was growling now. \"You may not be able to spank them, but I have no such problem. Where is Trixie? I\'ll get her to put together an ice pack for you.\"

\"When they wrecked the house she was so upset she went to the attic. I got the bruise when I was pushed in here. Severus, don\'t be TOO hard on them, they\'ll be terrified of you. Wait, that\'s a good thing. I tried really hard, I did!! Are you mad at me too?\"

\"Should I be?\" He seemed surprised.

\"That I didn\'t spank them? And that theey wrecked our bedroom?\" she laid her head against his chest.

\"Our bedroom?\" He closed his eyes. \"I thought I asked you to keep them out of there.\"

\"I did. They didn\'t listen, surprise surprise. THey got mud all over it, and my wand was already broken. And I think they broke a window...\" she gulped

\"First things first.\" Severus walked to the base of the stairs. \"Trixie!\" He called up the stairs. He was relieved when she came back down. \"Missus Ana has a nasty bump on her head. Could you please fix her an ice pack?\"

Trixie nodded. \"Of course Mister Severus. Right away. Poor Missus Ana, kids bad kids, make her cry and say cuss words\" she shook her head and disappeared to get the ice pack

\"The kids said cuss words? Did they curse at you, Ana?\" He was growing angrier by the second.

\"No, I cursed,\" she admitted. \"I said hell a few times....\" She sighed in relief as Trixie appeared with the ice. \"Thank you Trixie, you are truly the best.\" Trixie beamed. \"Mister Severus, bad kids are in the tree and jumping...\"

\"What?!\" Ana leapt to her feet. \"Oh my god! They\'re going to kill themsevles and how am I going to explain that to my brother?!\" She raced out the door before Severus could stop her. \"you\'re going to die, get down here, NOW!!\" she shrieked

\"Don\'t wanna!\" Jenny called down. \"Nu unh!\" Chris agreed. \"It\'s fun!\" \"You\'re mean and boring and we want to stay in the tree!\" Chris shouted.

\"I am not, get your asses down here now! Don\'t make me make Severus come up there!\"

Behind her, Severus raised both eyebrows. \"I can assure you, my dear, that I have no intention of climbing trees.\"

\"Well I don\'t either. Use your wand! They will die and then my brother will kill me!\" Ana wailed. \"Get them down! GET DOWN NOW DAMMIT OR I\'M CALLING YOUR MOTHER!!!\"

The snickers that floated from down from the tree indicated that they weren\'t worried about that. \"Enough!\" Severus finally reached the end of his rope. \"You are not going to convince them to come down by cursing at them. I\'m going to get them out of that tree, and then either you are going to deal with them, or I am!\"

Angrily, he strode out of the front door and looked up at the tree. \"If you two are not down here by the time I count to three, you are seriously going to regret it!\"

\"I can\'t *spank* them! They\'ll hate me forever,\" Ana pouted. \"We won\'t regret it. You can\'t do anything, our mom will kick your ass,\" Chris announced to Severus.

He turned to look at Ana. \"Kick my ass?\" He was turning a dull shade of red. \"Fine. You and I will talk about this later. Right now, I am going to deal with your neice and nephew!\"

\"ONE!\" He shouted up into the tree.

\"TWO!\" The kids shouted back at him. \"He is dead serious you two, you won\'t like it if you don\'t come down,\" Ana warned. Jenny stuck her tongue out at Ana

Ana just shrugged at Jenny, who pouted. \"What are you gonna give us if we come down?\" Chris asked. \"Chocolate!\" Ana offered

\"Oh, no, we are not!\" Severus thundered. \"Get down, NOW!\"

\"Gotta say the magic word!\" Jenny requested. \"Please? Dragons? Chocolate? Hello Kitty?\" Ana offered as suggestion. Jenny just giggled.

\"His face is all red\" Chris pointed to Severus. \"Is he gonna die? Or blow up? Can we watch?\"

Severus looked at his girl friend in disbelief. \"Have you completely lost it?\" He demanded. \"How would you handle this if they were your students?\" Without another word, he jerked his wand out and pointed at the two children.

He muttered a spell and the two children froze. Flicking his wrist, he floated them carefully down to the ground where he deposited them gently in front of him. His next comment released them and he seized both of their arms, one in each hand.

\"I don\'t think you are going to want to see what\'s about to happen.\" He growled under his breath.

\"Do I get an option? And at school, I can give detention and send the kids to Dumbledore if I have to. I can\'t do that with them\" Ana commented

Jenny whimpered and Chris looked incredibly nervous. \"Is he gonna kill us?\" he whispered to Jenny. \"Mommy! I want mommy!\" Jenny wailed

Severus was nonplussed. \"I am not going to kill you, child!\" He shook his head. \"I am going to spank you! When you are in this house, you will be obediant and you will act with the proper amount of respect!\"

Jenny whimpered again. Chris looked shocked. \"You are?\" he whispered. Ana nodded. \"Oh yeah, he is, believe me. He doesn\'t put up with crap like this.\" \"I want Auntie Ana, I\'m scared!\" Jenny whimpered. \"I haven\'t been spanked in... a billion years,\" Chris pondered.

\"That, boy, is obvious. And about to change.\" Severus looked at Ana for a moment. \"Are you going to stay with us?\"

Ana nodded. \"Let me hold Jenny, she\'s shaking Severus.\" \"I never got spanked before\" Jenny sniffled and started to cry. Chris just gulped, and looked at the angry man in black that was gripping his arm.

Severus released Jenny, who ran and burried her face in her aunt\'s robes. \"Please don\'t let him spank us!\" she begged. \"We\'re really really sorry!\"

\"Jenny, you have behaved very badly sweetie. Severus isn\'t going to injure you sweet, he\'s not as mean as he looks. And I\'ll be right here, I promise.\" She hugged Jenny close. Chris just opened and closed his mouth several times.

The \"mean as he looks\" comment made Severus hide a smile as he glanced over the heads of the children at Ana and arched an eyebrow. Then he schooled his face again. \"You have both behaved most atrociously. After this, you will apologize to your aunt and to Trixie. Then you will clean up the mess you\'ve made. Have I made myself clear?\"

Jenny nodded quickly. \"I\'m sorry uncle Severus,\" she whimpered out, looking over from Ana\'s lap as Ana sat on the coffee table holding the little girl close.

\"Yes sir. Honest, I don\'t need to be spanked. And we don\'t need to tell mom and dad either!\" Chris added

\"A spanking serves as a reminder to behave. I gave you three chances to come out of the tree. I don\'t even want to know how many chances your aunt gave you to behave. I\'d say that a reminder is most definately called for.\" He frowned at both children. \"And we will be telling your parents.\" With that, he sat down on the sofa and pulled the boy towards him.

Chris grimaced. \"If we\'re really good until they come, will you please not tell them?\" he begged. \"I\'ll lose my play station 2 for a month!\"

\"That is between you and your parents.\" Severus said. \"If you behave from this point out... AND clean up the mess you made... I will tell them that you behaved the rest of the weekend.\"

Chris nodded and sighed. \"I\'m ready. And you can\'t make me cry\"

\"That is not my intention.\" Severus pulled the boy towards him. \"Take your pants down.\"

\"Dad leaves them up!\" he shouted, scowling darkly.

Ana rocked Jenny back and forth as she sniffled and whimpered

\"I am not your father.\" He waited. \"I wouldn\'t make me ask you again.\"

He stuck out his tongue, but did it anyway.

Mentally, Severus started counting to ten. He was beginning to understand that stubbornness ran in the family.

Chris tried to act brave, but he was actually quite scared, and he darted his eyes back and forth between Severus, and Ana. Severus guided the boy over his lap. As angry as he was with the boy\'s behavior, he didn\'t want to scare him too badly. As soon as he was positioned correctly, Severus brought his hand down sharply.

\"Ouch!\" the boy yelped, kicking his legs as hard as he could.

Snape ignored him and started spanking in earnest. \"This is for destroying the downstairs part of our house.\"

Chris thrashed about, wriggling to get away. yelling much louder then was neccessary. \"OWW! OUCH! You\'re hurting meeee!\" When nothing else worked, he bit Severus\' thigh

Yelping loudly, Snape detached the boy from his leg. \"That was a mistake!\" he ground out between gritted teeth. Without wasting another second, he pulled down the SpongeBob SquarePants underwear and started spanking at a more intense level.

\"OWWW! YOU CAN\'T!!! AUNTIE ANA HE\'S KILLING MEEEEE!\" Chris wailed, starting to cry now. Ana sighed. \"No, he\'s not and you shouldn\'t have bit him. Your dad I am sure wouldn\'t have appreciated it either\"

Feeling like he had suitably gotten through to his wayward charge, Severus added, \"This is for disobeying your aunt, and locking her in the closet. You hurt her, you know.\" He moved his spanks to the boy\'s as-of-yet unspanked thighs.

\"Didn\'t mean tooo! Ouch ouch stoooooop!\" Chris sobbed, laying rather limply over Severus\' lap, crying out at each swat.

Severus finally stopped. Even though his expression didn\'t show it, Severus did feel sorry for the boy. That spanking had definately hurt. He lifted him gently off his tummy and stood him up in front of him. Chris desperately started rubbing at his blazing rear end, but stopped when he realized it didn\'t help. Instead he just cried. Akwardly, Severus pulled him into a loose hug.

Severus half patted Chris\' back as the boy cried, but Chris pulled away after a moment, fixed his clothing, and ran upstairs. Jenny was pale, looking at Severus as though he were the grim reaper.

Severus felt grim at the prospect of doing that again. \"Come, here, Jenny. Let\'s get this over with.\"

Ana kissed Jenny\'s head, feeling sorry for her niece, who looked so upset. Jenny went very very slowly over to Severus. \"I\'m really sorry uncle Severus,\" she said with a sniffle.

Ana smiled over her head, having not realized the kids might just start calling him that, and wondered how he\'d feel. \"I wanna hug first...\" she hiccuped.

He looked surprised. Never in his life had a child asked him for a hug. And he didn\'t think he had handled things so well with Chris before.

Gently, he pulled Jenny onto his lap and hugged her. \"Do you understand why I\'m doing this?\" he asked her.

Jenny instantly snuggled against him, and Ana winked at Severus\' look of shock. \"I think so. I didn\'t mean for Auntie Ana to get hurt on her head. I\'m sorry I did bad stuff with Chris. I\'m real scared, I never gotted a real spanking before. Mommy just swatted me once a couple times because I called her a bad word...\" Jenny said softly, one hand holding onto his robes.

\"Ah, I see.\" Part of his mind instantly wanted to ask what the bad word was, but the rest of him wanted to put this unpleasant task behind him. \"Well, they\'re not fun. But they\'re not supposed to be. I\'m glad you are sorry, but once you\'ve done something, sorry isn\'t always enough.\" He hugged her again, more at ease now.

Jenny nodded, and gave another hiccup. \"I won\'t bite you, that\'s icky, blood is gross. I promise\"

\"Good girl.\" Severus stood her up again. \"Take your shorts down, alright?\"

Jenny sniffled some more as she pulled down her sunny yellow shorts, and hiccuped yet again. She looked at Severus, unsure of what to do next, then look at her shorts that had fallen to the floor.

Gently, he guided her over his lap. \"It\'ll be okay, Jenny. But next time either I or your aunt tell you to do something, I want you to remember this.\"

She nodded. \"I promise. Love you auntie ana!\" Ana nodded. \"Love you too honey....\" Ana gulped, hating Jenny\'s spanking more then she had being there for Chris\'

Not wanting to drag this out anymore, Severus swatted Jenny\'s panty-clad behind. He kept his spanks as hard as he had with Chris at first, before the bite.

Jenny burst into tears after the second swat, throwing her tiny hands back as she kicked her feet. \"I\'m sorry uncle Severus, no more!! I\'ll be real real gooood!\"

\"I\'m sure you will. But, sometimes, sorry isn\'t always enough.\" He caught her hand and gently held it away from her bottom. He kept spanking, determined to make a lasting impression. Ana\'s injury and heart ache had scared him and he never wanted her to feel that out of control again.

Jenny bawled and squirmed, but unlike her brother, was the better behaved of the two while getting spanked. Her stamina ran out faster, and she bawled over his lap.

Ana had turned around, her back to the two of them. It had hurt to hear Chris cry, and it hurt even more to hear Jenny cry; hurt so much it brought tears to her own eyes.

Finally, Severus stopped spanking the little girl. Her cries made him feel like an ogre, but the thought of what might have happened to her if she had fallen out of the tree made him determined to make her understand that she had to listen. He let her cry for a few minutes and then pulled her into a loose hug, much like he had Chris.

\"I--i---I\'m sorry!\" Jenny sobbed out, throwing her arms around him and curling up into his arms, almost in a little ball.

He pulled her into his lap, careful not to put her weight on her bottom. Her shorts had long since flown off and while her modesty was preserved by the purple Sleeping Beauty underwear, Severus could feel the heat through the cloth.

She let him hold her tightly while her tears slowed down to little sniffles. \"I tried to be brave like Chris...\" she pouted. \"I don\'t think I did very good. And it hurts\" she tried to rub it and winced.

Ana still had her back turned to them both, not wanting to upset Jenny by her tears.

\"You were very brave, sweetheart.\" Severus surprised himself with the endearment, but it slipped out. \"You did wonderfully.\" He rocked her for a few more minutes. \"I bet if you ask your aunt nicely, she\'ll find some lotion to help take away the sting.\"

\"Really?\" She smiled up at him. \"I like you, you\'re a nice guy, even if my butt hurts lots.\" She hugged him around his neck and pecked his cheek with a shy giggle and ran over to Ana.

\"Auntie Ana, can I get...\" then she stopped. \"Why are you crying?\" The little girl asked. Ana sighed and kissed her head. \"Because I don\'t like to see you kids crying and upset, even if it is for you\'re own good,\" she explained.

\"Oh.\" Jenny thought about that for a minute. \"I\'m really really sorry.\"

\"It\'s ok sweetie. I have lots of nice smelling lotions in the bathroom, you go pick one and then head to your room, I\'ll be right up to see you, and Chris too\" Ana hugged her.

Jenny nodded and ran off towards the bathroom while Ana dried her face quickly, taking a deep cleansing breath.

\"Are you alright?\"

Ana nodded. \"I think so. Just hurts my heart to hear them cry. And Jenny was quite scared, I was worried for her, poor thing. But you, Severus, were wonderful. While I was as helpless as an infant\"

Severus looked at her concerned. \"You weren\'t helpless, Ana. Those children love you. They will respect you, if you make them.\"

\"I wouldn\'t have had the strength to do that Severus. To scold and spank that way,\" Ana admitted. \"The first sign of tears and I would have said \"all better, lets get ice cream!\" and then they\'d never learn a thing. Ha;f of this was my fault, just because I couldn\'t control them!\"

He nodded. \"I\'m afraid that I agree with you about that Ana.\" He walked towards her and pulled her into a hug. \"But think about how much harder it would be to deal with them being seriously injured. What if they\'d gotten hurt while you were locked in the closet? What if they had fallen out of that tree? You can\'t expect them to be obediant only when it matters most. You have to teach them to do it all of the time.\"

Ana sighed heavily, letting his arms wrap around her in a protective ring of love. \"I know. I do know that Severus. Actually doing it is the hard part. The part that I struggle with. How effective would it be if I was crying more then *they* were while spanking them?\"

She paused for a moment. \"I guess I\'m just too sensitive; if I wasn\'t so sensitive, it probably wouldn\'t be an issue. I don\'t even want to think of what would have happened if you hadn\'t come home when you did\"

\"All that would happen, dearest, is that they would know exactly how much they had upset you. And a little of that goes a long way.\" He kissed her forehead.

\"Funny-- you\'re the one that dispises kids, and yet you are the most knowledgable on them\" She smiled softly, and kissed his lips gently. \"So, is Auntie Ana of the closet dwellers getting spanked too?\" she asked seriously, though her question was posed rather oddly.

\"I think that enough is enough for today.\" Severus eyed the mess. \"But you can be in charge of making sure that those kids clean up.\"

\"Lovely. I\'ll need a new wand soon, but I\'m terrified at the thought of taking the kids shopping!\" she laughed. \"I love you Severus. Thanks for being the strong one when I\'m not, and for keeping your patience with me. Besides that, I\'ve never loved you more when you held Jenny so close after you spanked her. It was one of the most beautiful things I\'ve ever seen.\" Before he could speak, she kissed him again.

He kissed her back. \"I think we\'d better stop this for now.\" He murmered. \"You have two upset kids to comfort.\"

She nodded. \"We\'ll continue later love\" She headed upstairs to find Jenny waiting with lotion, and Chris looking sad.

Both brightened to see her. \"I love you both, you know that? And if there happens to ever be a next time, it\'ll be ME spanking you, and not Severus,\" she said firmly.\"For now, who wants some nice lotion?\"

Severus watched Ana go up the stairs. She was stronger than she thought, he mused. Then he chuckled to himself. Bribing the kids with chocolate? When they\'d laughed at that, it would have been all over. To Ana, chocolate was never a laughing matter.
