Save Me From My Pain

I\'d like to take this time to thank everyone for reading my fic! And an extra thank you to everyone that has reviewed! I really am thankful!

I\'d just like to let everyone know that when I started this fic I did have the idea of a happy ending for Severus and Hermione. Though, once I started getting toward the end I hit a hard time in life and I was feeling particularly evil, which led to Sev\'s suicide. My changing it only was me reverting back to my origional idea...

To justify it being a dream I\'d like to say this... Hermione has been through so much pain. Severus has been the one to help her through it. She\'s scared because she loves him and she knows it and she\'s planning on telling him. So what does she do? She falls asleep while reading a book and has a nightmare that her meeting with Sev where she plans on professing her love to him turns out totally wrong and he pushes her away, which leads to his suicide. She looses her only thread of hope in this hard time in her life. It seems like something I\'d be worried about if I\'d been through what she had...

I have given a lot of thought as to whether or not I want to write a sequel and I have come upon my decision. I will be writing a sequel, but there is a catch. I am not going to be exactly following this story line. I am going to follow it from the origional Epilogue (where Severus really did die). The reason for this is that I wouldn\'t know what to write to continue it with Severus alive, I am content with where I left it.

I have already started posting the sequel (titled \"Mending the Wounds\"). If anyone wants me to e-mail them when I update, please say so when you review on your review for Mending the Wounds, not on this one! I will still be checking reviews for this story probably once a week, so I would appreciate it if you left notes about the sequel on the review for the sequel, does that make sense?

I hope you all still read my sequel even though there will be no sexy dreaded Potions Master in it...
