Chapter Eleven

Ginny quietly snuck out of Draco's house,careful not to wake him.She walked quickly down the dark streets,her mind racing with worry.

In the wizarding world,no one ever used muggle protection during sex.There were charms that could be recited before to prevent pregnancy.She knew they learned these charms in seventh year.She,however,did not attend her seventh year at Hogwarts,so she'd never learned these charms.Harry had learned them from Hermione who'd told him when he and Ginny had began dating.Hermione knew everything about every spell.Leave it to her to stick her nose in other people's business just to show off how much she knew.

But,Ginny had noticed,she never saw Draco carry around his wand.He didn't need to.Only his parents knew he was living in the muggle world,so it's not like he was under threat of being ambushed by another wizard.Ginny never carried her wand around because it was too risky to be caught.Ruby didn't even know she was a witch,so she found it less stressfull to not carry it,but rather have it locked up in a dresser drawer.The more she thought about it,the more worried she became.

Never once did she hear Draco perform the protection charm.She didn't even think he knew it,him having dropped out after sixth year and all.Maybe he'd forgotten.

Ginny walked around for about fifteen minutes before she realized she was walking in circles.She tried to pay more attention to where she was going,but she was too deep in thought.

If she was pregnant,what would happen?She definately couldn't hide it.She was supposed to be with Ruby.She was supposed to be a lesbian for Merlin's sake !No way could she get away with being pregnant.

Ginny found herself at a park and headed towards a bench to try and calm down.She felt faint and light headed.She knew she was over reacting.She sat there and took a few deep breaths,then tried to think rationally.How could she be pregnant?She and Draco had only slept together twice.Besides,if she was pregnant,she could always do what those muggles do to get rid of it.What was it?Abration?Something like that.

Yes,that's what she would do.She'll wait to see if she gets her period,then,if she doesn't,she'll send for one of those wizarding pregnancy test potions.Fleur had told her before she'd left that you could send for one of those anonymously and you'd get it within the hour.That way she would find out for sure,instead of taking one of those muggle tests that aren't always right.Then,if she was,she'd get that muggle proceedure and then she wouldn't be pregnant anymore.Of course,she'd research the proceedure,just so she'd know what she was getting herself into.

After she came to that conclusion,Ginny felt much better.She stood up from the bench,her mind slightly at ease.She then continued to walk home,feeling a little less faint.

When Ginny arrived back home she quietly opened up the door.Ruby was sitting on the couch watching TV.As soon as she saw Ginny in the doorway she jumped up and ran over to her.

"You're home!" She exclaimed,throwing her arms around her lover and giving her a hello kiss.

"Sorry I took so long,we got to talking and everything." Ginny told her,still amazed at how well she could now lie.She felt bad about lying to Ruby so much,but she just couldn't bring herself to hurt her.

"Oh,that's alright,I know how it is with old friends," Ruby replied,then asked."is something wrong? You look upset."

Damn,she was caught! Might as well confess everything now.

"I'm fine,just still a little freaked out about walking home so late,that's all." Okay,maybe just lie again.

"You sure?" Ruby asked,not believing her.

"Yeah,I'm fine," Ginny reassured her."I think I'm gonna' go have a shower then go to bed."

"Oh,alright." Ruby said as Ginny made her way to the bathroom.

Ginny shut the door behind her and nearly colapsed.That was so close! She'd thought for sure she was caught.She felt a twinge of guilt in her stomache.Why did she keep lying to Ruby? They'd always been completely open and honest with each other.Everytime she'd thought she was caught,her brain kept telling her to just come clean,but she just couldn't.It would hurt her too much.

Things were becoming much too stressful for Ginny's liking.She walked over and turned on the shower,making sure the water was nice and hot.She then stripped down and hopped in,letting the hot water and steam engulf her.

Ginny slowly washed the smells of sex and Draco off her form.She felt her stress begin to melt away.But it came right back when she heard the bathroom door open.

"Ruby? Is that you?" She asked,knowing it was.The sliding door to the shower opened and Ruby stepped in,pressing her naked body against Ginny's and giving her a sexy smile which only annoyed her more.

"What are you-" Ginny began to ask,but Ruby pressed her lips against her's to quiet her.

Ginny felt Ruby's hand cup her breast,massaging it.Ginny let out a little moan as she remembered the feel of Draco's finger's against her pale,bare skin.Still kissing her,Ruby's hand slid down Ginny's body,caressing her flat stomache.Her made it's way to inbetween Ginny's legs,fondling her.Ginny moaned again as Ruby's hand found her wet entrance.She rubbed her,getting ready to plunge her finger inside her lover.

Suddenly,Ginny came back to her senses.She couldn't do this.She couldn't make love to both of them in the same night.She couldn't let Ruby do this while she was picturing Draco's face,pretending it was him who was touching her.Ginny pushed Ruby off of her,a little harder then she meant to.

"What's wrong?" Ruby asked,seeing the look on Ginny's face.

"Ruby,not tonight.I came in here to get clean." Ginny told her.

"I'll clean you up,but we can get dirty first." Ruby said,coming closer and kissing Ginny's neck.

"No Ruby!" Ginny pushed her away again."Maybe another time."

"Oh,okay," Ruby said,looking positively hurt.Ginny had never turned her down before."I guess I'll just go to bed then."

Ginny held her breath as Ruby stepped out of the shower,wrapped a towel around herself,and left.

Ginny fell to the floor of her shower,sobbing.This wasn't right.It had to stop.The next day she was going to send for that pregnancy potion.That way,she'd know for sure.Then,depending on the result (which she was now sure would be negative) she would break it off with one of them,which would most definately be Draco.She just couldn't take this sneaking around any longer.She had to end it with one of them.
