Just Pretend

"Draco, I don't want to hear that you were sleepwalking cause you weren't!" Hermione yelled.

They were eating breafast, Hermione's mom made, then they went to her aunt's house.

"Tell me, the real reason why you were in my room." Hermione continued as she ate her pancakes.

"Hermione, I told you I was sleepwalking."

"You are lying! I'll bring Cheeko down here." Hermione threatened.

"I'' hex that damn dog." Draco threatened back.

"I'll kill you, if you touch my dog. I'll even record it so I can watch you suffer in pain anytime I want." Hermione said.

Draco was taken back by this. Damn that was just evil and cruel. Hell, she could be more evil then my father. Draco thought.

"I'm going to Diagon Alley."

"Why? With who? I'm coming!" Draco said, looking at Hermione for the first time.

"Harry and Ginny, invited me to go with them. I don't care if you come."

"When will they be here?" Draco asked.

Just as he asked. Ginny and Harry came in the kitchen, dusting off solt and dust. They had come by the Floo.

"Draco wants to come." Hermione said, getting up from the table.

"Ok, Now we won't have to hear Harry to bitch about us taking so long." Ginny said.

"Hey! I don't bitch. I just get bored." Harry explained.

"Are you guys ready to go?" Ginny asked.

"Yep! Draco?" Hermione asked, as she put the dishes in the sink.

"Yea; I'm ready."

"I feel like we have been here for days!" Draco whined.

"Well I can tell you we aren't even close to leaving here." Harry said.

"I don't want to the girls to get too far ahead of us." Draco said.

"Ahead? I thought they were behind us?" Harry said, quickly turning around.

"What?! I thought they were ahead? We've lost them!" Draco looking everywhere for the girls.

"Damnit!" Harry yelled.

"Whats wrong with you Harry? Have you seen Hermione?"Ginny asked; coming out of nowhere.

"Where were you? You lost Hermione?" Harry yelled.

"I didn't do it on purpose." Ginny said.

When Harry turned around Draco was now gone. How were they just disappearing like that? Then you heard a loud scream.

When Draco got to some empty, dusting, dirty, alley; some guy Draco has never seen been was about to put the final blow of Hermione.

She was already on the ground not moving. Draco could only focus on her body, that wasn't moving she looked so lifeless.

The guy made raised his wand. Draco was in horror; rooted to the ground as if he was being held there.

Harry came out of no where fired a attack with his wand at the guy. Just in time. He saved Hermione's life if she wasn't already dead.

The guy took off running. He was pretty fast for someone who was just hurt badly. Harry didn't run after him. He didn't to see if Hermione was ok; since Draco was just sitting back and watching.

He all came alive again. Instead of it being Hermione is was his mother in his head. That was his father not some guy he didn't in his mind.

That night came alive, he remember everything. He was pulled out of his thought when he heard Ginny scream.

Draco blinked a few times. Ginny went to run over to Harry and Hermione. He grabbed her. "Let me go!" She screamed. Draco turned her toward his chest. That way she wasn't looking at them. Even the his was staring wide eyed at them himself.

"Let me go! Bastard! Unhand me!" After a bit she just cried into his chest. Harry walked over with Hermione in his arms; unconscious.

"I'm taking her to St.Mungo's. Keep Ginny close to you. Do you think you can atleast handle that Malfoy?" Harry said smug.

Ginny was instead St.Mungo's with Hermione. Harry and Draco were outside.

"You sat there and watched her slowly die!" Harry yelled.

"Shut up! You don't understand!"

"Your planning something against aren't you? This is why your her friend, this is why your want to get closer to her!" Harry tackled Draco to the ground.

"How dare you say that! I told you I loved her!" Harry punched Draco in the face. Draco flipped them over so he was on top.

"Bloody bastard! You lie!" Harry yelled, then got punched himself.

They were rolling in snow, dirt, and whatever alse was on the ground.

Harry was pulled off of Draco. "Can you guys stop acting like children! Hermione could die for the love a Merlin and all you two can do is fight!" Ginny yelled at them.

"Do start with me Ginny! He sat there and watched your best friend die! And you want me to invite him for tea later! Sorry I'm not in a tea party mood! Your not any better. You sat there and watched too. You both are cowards; can't even save your friend from dying." Harry said, walking into St.Mungo's.

Draco felt bad for Ginny. Harry was taking it out on her because of him. He was he a looking of understand. "I'm leaving." Ginny mumbled. Draco almost didn't hear it.

"You shouldn't. That man could come after you. Just let him cool off." Draco said.

"I don't care, I'm too pissed to care. Let the dumbass try to fuck with me right now. Bad choice. Don't you even think about trying to stop or following me." Ginny said, when she saw him inch closer to her.

He knew that it had to be his father you sent the man. He didn't want to soil his hands so he sent some asshole. He was going to let Ginny to get hurt cause of him. Plus he was the only one stupid enough to fuck with a woman that was pissed off.

He jogged to get to where Ginny was. He grabbed her wand out of her pocket. Then picked her up and threw her over his shoulder. He igorned the death threats she yelled at him.He made his way
back to St.Mungo's.
