Everything Has Changed

Chapter 1

       “Really Lucius? You’re gonna spoil your appetite” Hermione told Lucius as she watched him tuck in into a bowl of chocolate ice cream

“I have room for a lot more Hermione, I’m starving” Lucius said eating the ice cream with much speed

She shook her head before grabbing a bowl of salad on the kitchen table.

“Why exactly are you here Lucius? You don’t usually visit me until the weekend. Is everything alright with Draco and Narcissa?” she asked worriedly

“They’re both wonderful and wonder when you’re going to visit the manor next but this is about something different…it’s about a job offering at Hogwarts” he said placing down the spoon

“I wasn’t aware you were part of the staff recruitment team” Hermione stated, eating her salad slowly

“Severus sent me especially just for this; he’s looking for a new potions professor”

“I gave up that world a long time ago. What makes Snape think I’ll return just to help him out?” she snapped

“Everyone misses you Hermione…Harry, Ginny, the Hogwarts staff. We want you to come back to magic, where you belong” Lucius pleaded.
