New Begining
Prologue
Hey all! Just taking a break from my other story and a change in pace. Hope this story is enjoyable to my readers.
“Fuck, fuck, fuck. Damn you Slytherin.” Hermione had just woken up again from another... tantalizing dream of a man of her past. These dreams had been recurring for the last few weeks and Hermione couldn’t understand how the dreams had felt so real, and why it was this particular man to plague her thoughts.
~~~~~~~~2 years earlier~~~~~~~~
The war had ended and the Wizarding world had slowly begun to rebuild. Ron and Hermione had been married, but found within a couple years that they just weren’t right with each other. Well that, and the fact that they both knew their love was of friendship not like lovers. Both held a person dear to them, although one of them didn't know it yet.
Everyone knew Ron had held some affection for Luna lovegood, but she had disappeared near the end of the war on some adventure searching for Snagglecrohfs. A bird rumoured to belt the nastiest songs with a hidden meaning of wisdom laced into it.
It wasn’t an unhappy split between the two; although the friendship was a bit awkward afterward. The news had appeared for weeks in the daily prophet with rumours of Hermione and Ron’s child belonging to another man. This is what many wizards and witches believed was what ended the relationship between these two “star-crossed-lovers.”
Ron knew of the child not being his own but raised it with Hermione as if it was. Hermione knew of the man who had produced the seed in which she had given birth to, but he had died of a malfunctioned curse. Hermione had felt saddened by the death, but did not mope about it for he was not really a friend or a lover but a one-night stress relief that created a beautiful girl named Raieynee (Rain-e).
The two had split and Ron had gone in search of Luna, secretly of course but none-the-less, disappeared for a year and had come back engaged to Luna, with a wedding set to occur soon. Hermione on the other hand had just enjoyed being single and taking care of her 7-year-old daughter. Don’t get her wrong, she loved Ron and Harry but they both had their own lives now, and she needed to explore on her own without those two surveying her every move.
Hermione had moved out of the flat leaving it to Ron and Luna, and found a much more adequate one for herself and her daughter Raieynee.
P.S., Raieynee knew Ron wasn’t her father, and knew of her dad’s death but had grown strong with the help of her mother and friends.....Hope this first part makes sense.
