PROLOUGE
Two Death Eaters, Albus Dumboredore’s murderer and Death Eater in training CAUGHT!!!!
On the afternoon of June 25, Lucius Malfoy, an escaped convict from Azkaban, his wife Narcissa Malfoy, their son Draco, and Severus Snape Albus Dumbledore’s accused murderer were caught in Malfoy Manor along with eight other Death Eaters.
Earlier this month Malfoy Sr. along with eight other Death Eaters escaped from Azkaban, the how is not currently known but it is believed to have something to do with HE-Who-Must-Not-be-named. It is also believed that his wife had some part of it, most likely setting up the Portkey that took them to Malfoy Manor.
“We knew that Malfoy Sr. and others had escaped,” says Auror Kingsley “but we had absolutely no idea where they were. We were just about to send out search parties when we got a Firecall from none other than Lucius Malfoy himself. He looked as though he had been to Hell and back (which he deserves) and before we could get one word out he began to ask us , practically begged us to come to Malfoy Manor and rescue him his son and his lover(whose lover we’re not sure)before his wife came back to the manor with the Dark Lord. We didn’t know if it was a trap or not but I’ve had enough contact with Malfoy to know that he would never beg for anything unless it was about something serious.”
So began the race against time to get to Malfoy Manor before the He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named got their. “When we got there, all of the Death Eaters, Mrs. Malfoy, Malfoy Jr. and Severus Snape were all in full body binds and held at wand point by Malfoy Sr. After we stunned Malfoy and apparted everyone out of Malfoy Manor we sent another group of Auror back to Malfoy Manor to wait for the possible appearance of You-Know-Who. He has yet to appear.” Kingsley replies before going into the Minister of Magic’s office.
It has already been decided that despite, the overwhelming information against those captured in Malfoy Manor they would all still have a trail, not to prove their innocence but to determine their exact punishment. The trail will be held tomorrow , the 27th of June at 2:00p.m, it will not be open to the public (press included) but it has been reported that Harry Potter, the Weasley family, Hermione Granger and many other member of the Order of the Phoenix. It goes without saying that it will be heavily guarded and it would be suicide to attempt to get inside without an invite.
