The Meaning of Tomorrow
Disclaimer: Everything you recognize is not mine; Wizarding World and its inhabitants are solely the property of one JKR, and I use them just for the thrill of it. But do own something: the little part of the characters you do not recognize, well, that\'s mine! Oh, and the plot bunny is my pet - it nestled quite nice in my living quarters, and is looking as if it will have some offspring.
Summary: A new teacher enters Hogwarts, Draco comes back disowned and is friendly with Potter, Albus twinkles more than usual? What will Severus Snape do when his world starts to turn around and adds three more fixtures in his life? SS/OC HP/DM

Severus Snape woke up in a room that was not his. He knew that the pale white ceiling was not his.
/The Infirmary?! /, he thought.
The look on his left showed him that he was right: the doors to Poppy\'s Office, but what confused him was the sight he encountered on his right. A gold blond head was resting on the edge of his bed.
/Draco?! How long have I been sleeping, if his hair is so long? / Severus thought. Then he noticed the figure of the person. /A woman? And a woman I do not know. Or do I? A new nurse? /
He stared at the long blond neatly braided locks.
/Who is this woman? Why did she spend the night sitting at my bedside? Why can I not remember? /
He closed his eyes, but the picture of the woman was still dancing behind his closed eyelids.
A soft voice came through the haze in his mind.
\"Wake up for me, Severus! For if you don\'t, I will go with you, my love! Wake up for me, Severus...\" it said.
His eyes opened wide with shock.
/The woman beside me is... /
His memories came back with a flash.
Author\'s Note: This is my first published foray into the fandom, so be patient with little ol\' me, for you see I\'m quite harmless.
