Ahh, the innocence of youth! I have some very clear recollections from way back when I was under seventeen. Be assured, neither youth nor strict rules stopped me and my classmates from getting up to plenty of mischief (and we didn't even have magic). I have no doubt that Hogwarts pupils do the same. (Gang-rape in the RoR is, admittedly, a bit of a stretch...unless the students involved are the ones whose ambition for after they graduate is to join the Death Eaters.)
That said, this is a very original premise. I would like to see the DA blokes act more in character, though: don't you think it would be interesting to try to imagine how Neville, for example, would react to such a situation (not letting his moral scruples get in the way, of course). The way that you connect Harry's willingness to join in to his anger over a lot of the recent events is a good excuse for OOC-ness - why not try and come up with rationales for the other blokes, too? It would also be potentially entertaining to see them all join in, but each with his own thoughts, motivations, and behaviour, to reflect the differences in their personalities (to the extent to which that is possible). Go for it!
