I actually really liked this chapter. Not that that is suprising. It's good to see Lucius doing his bit behind the scenes. Shows a deepening of character to me.
I like the confidence of Hermione too, it makes me feel... smug somehow.
Anyway, is the review song "Live and Let Die" By Guns 'N Roses?

at least I know these...I hope...Sweet Child O'Mine - Guns n Roses....LOVE that song.
I have to say that Hermione's return felt a bit abrupt. But I loved her attitude and her stance. Ron is a jealous idiot and Seamus threw me completely. That entire scene with Lucius threw me. I wonder if its meant to foreshadow something deeper.
Love that Hermione is the little cupid messenger between Harry and Draco. Can't wait to find out more about what everybody is and how they all interconnect.

It doesn't seem like a Harry thing to do to tell everyone Hermione's boinking Lucius. Unless Black has told the whole pureblood community and scandal spread?
I looked up the title since I didn't know it offhand and the lyric site gave Rat in a Cage as the (incorrect) title, which may explain if more than one person gave the wrong title. At least, that's why I gave the wrong title. Beatles Live and Let Die?

Don't know the group. But I think it was Live and Let Die.
This was a very touching piece. I was actually surprised all through it. Surprised that Ron wasn't the one shouting about whores and deatheaters, about Seamus' mother and subsequent breakdown, about how fucking well Hermione handled that (It was believable and dignified), about Lucius' brand of comfort. I am in awe. Thank you.
