Not even going to try on that one, but I suspect something by Pink. Hermione has to deal with this one, and Lucius as well. Tracing her heritage may open up a bigger can of worms than they are prepared to handle, especially if someone is trying to hide her heritage. She may well be related to a family trying to prevent her from inheriting, if there is a younger male heir or if they do not want a halfblood bastard on the family tree.

I believe the song is Golden Brown by The Stanglers. Kudos to you for a creative pick of song. Your killing me with all the cliffies and the story is brilliant. I have noticed that it has become more unified as it goes. In the beginning it seemed a bit choppy in parts. The plot seems to be getting juicier and jucier and I can't wait for more. Well done!!

You Don't Love Me Anymore by Weird Al Yankovic, I love that guy lol this chappie was sad, I can understand Hermione hiding it from harry about her parents, but to have to feel that way without having anyone to talk to about it is sad. I cannot wait till your next installment and to find out who her parents are hmmm thinking thinking .....

I'll admit, I cheated and googled it (I'm too young for a lot of these songs, lol), and came up with "You Don't Love Me Anymore," by Weird Al Yankovic. I would write more about it, but I would feel guilty about plagiarizing Wikipedia...
This is a very interesting premise. While a lot of authors have done the whole "Hermione is a pureblood and has special powers" yours is one of the most believable scenarios. And I love LMHG fics, so you're doing great, IMO!

Again good chapter. I like the fact that you did the whole Hermione's parents never got to Australia angle. I hardly see that in fanfiction anymore.
