oh I am so loving this fic. I kind of do a little hand clap when I see you've posted a new chapter - I know, I'm lame.
So I was reading that second to last chapter, delighting in the pleasure of Lucius speaking Italian (mmm!) when suddenly Hermione's producing milk. I though I'd missed something and then everything's explained in the next chapter. Bloody hell, was not expecting that twist. I am totally loving this - can't wait to see what you do next.
btw, hope the race for life went ok. I did my race two weeks ago and I don't want to bum you out but I could barely walk for the next three days! congrats on raising all that money and hope you're not in too much pain!

@ chapter nine
OK well, first off, poor Hermione. I can't imagine having to go through torture and rape and then have your own society condemn you for it, for keeping her baby. My own views on 'abortion' and what not are quite complicated (I have Poly-Cystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) which means I could have complications when it comes to conceiving, but before I knew that I had PCOS I was all for abortion, I didn't want a silly mistake on my behalf to interrupt my life so drastically, especially as a young person, and plus didn't want to have to put a child through growing up in an environment where I wouldn't be able to take care of it as much as it deserved. Then I found out that I could have problems ever getting pregnant, and while if I had normal ovaries my views would still be the same, now I don't think I could just abort it as easily, if I ever fell 'accidentally pregnant' which is a situation I hope never comes up.) The short of it, I basically don't think you should bring a child into this world if you aren't ready for it because it's not fair on the child or you, so I was all for abortion. However I do respect the fact that some women just can't do that, such as Hermione's case, she couldn't just take the life of her child which was growing inside her. I can understand that. And I think it's totally unfair of society to think badly of her because she kept her rapist's baby. It's just not right!!!! So yeah, I'm feeling for her plight.
Also, I'd previously thought of this, I'm unsure if I've asked previously or not, but this chapter brought forward to me the question of who the father of her son is? And what role did Lucius play in all of this, as he was a Death Eater. Did he rape Hermione? Is it his baby? But then, it's hard to think of THIS Lucius being a rapist. A sex addict sure, but I don't see him taking something that isn't offered willingly. It also made me think, was Draco a Death Eater? I think it would be good if he wasn't, as in he never became a Death Eater, and didn't really choose a side, maybe he just got out of England all together and came back after it was over, keeping neutral. But of course, it's all up to you.
Can't wait to see what else you have install for us, I really enjoy reading this!

If Kingsley really wanted to help Hermione, he would discredit the Daily Profit for all the slander they have caused Hermione. Great job byt the way. Please add more soon

oh we finally get the back story on hermione. she is certainly a strong woman for keeping and raising the child despite the way sh egot pregnant with him. Is it important to the story who's child it actually is? if it is i guess we'll find out at some point. damn...i hate rita skeeter...glad she's in azkaban. very much enjoying this story and look forward to more...its quite interesting and unique.
Good luck on your walk and on being a pink fairy!!

Grrr! Stupid Sheep!
Hermione is ostracised from Wizarding society because she is too humane to kill her unborn child... can anybody see the injustice of that? For goodness sake, she's the victim and everybody, save a few, treat her like she's the devil incarnate. Those plebs are too dumb to realise by believing Rita Skeeter's (why is she so petty?) bull, that they are indirectly insulting Harry 'the boy who lived' Potter. They are basically insulting his judgement of people and intelligence by believing that he could be such good friends with Hermione and not see that she was this 'conniving', 'manipulative' and 'evil bitch'.
Majorly stupid sheep...
OK, not giving Hermione a fair go, fine that means the plebs are just stupid. But, to treat Lysander, a child so poorly that they would attempt to hex him in the street is just wrong and despicable. Can't they possibly get into those tiny little brains of theirs that a child, regardless of who their parents are, is innocent?
So what if three deatheaters were from Durmstrang? Just because of this, the rest of the graduates are treated with suspicion? What about all of those deatheaters who came from Hogwarts? And not all of them from Slytherin either.
It's called the 'Relay for Life' in Australia too. And it's dedicated to raising money for cancer research and people can dress up too but, it's not restricted to just women. Good Luck!
