Please keep the snake in the chamber alive. As for Ginny and friends can Tom comunicate with his diary? Does the current Tom that is friends know what is being wrote in his diary by Ginny? If so that would help with pranks and getting back at them. It would help if they wrote stuff about what Dumbles is promising to them. Make Ginny look like a slut and get her caught with her robes down with another boy. Have Harry study and get better grades them Hermonie. Harry was maked as the egual of a 70 year old dark wizard so there has to be power and knowlege in that brain somewhere. And if he ignores Ron he would have more time to study. Whose side is Sev really on here? Looking forward to more. thank you

I like the start! One thing, though, it's tome, not tomb (I assume you are talking about a book and not a grave marking). Otherwise, it would be a little confusing, as there wasn't anything left of the Dark Lord to bury after the curse rebound.

1) I think Ginny should die making it look like an accident. And that Ron and Hermione should be dung bombed?
2) Yes you should still have Lockhart as their DADA teacher for the year and eliminate him at the end of the year.
3) Draco is out of character enough.
