Tigerlily, it\'s because of the fact that you are a good writer that makes this story so upsetting. People are so upset because the thought of SS doing that and HG taking it, written in such a vivad way, brings emotional pain. It did to me.
My Mom was there at one time and the grief is horrific. To actually catch your love in your own bed with another is too horrible for words.
I am begging you, please please make this right. Please do a sequel where HG does it back to SS, or please make this a nightmare.
I\'m not asking you to change because the story is bad-it\'s great and has cause me and others I\'m sure emotional pain. I beg you again (and yes I know it\'s fiction), but please, please make it OK. I think you know what I mean.
And again, I\'m not at all downing your story in the least, but as an emotionally fragile woman I am asking for a favor.

*sighs and signs in* Well, hell. There\'s all sorts of drama in the HG/SS fandom world, isn\'t there? I just love getting pulled into stuff that\'s not even my fandom. :p
I just want to say for all the review-readers to see that there\'s a way to be polite when reviewing a fic that you don\'t like/agree with. There\'s no need to be angry and snippy about a work of *fanfiction*.
There are women who seem strong and successful that stay with a cheating/abusive significant other. With that in mind, it\'s out of character for real people to do it. And I just read Scattered Logic\'s review and he/she is completely correct - about the unknown events in the final two books as well as the damaged psyche point. Although, I\'d go a step further and call it a level of mental illness.
Anyway, I\'ve said this before and I\'ll say it again. You\'re an extremely talented author. You suck at humor, so stay with angst and smut. :p

Damn you really meant out of character. I don\'t understand how you could write such cool, great Buffy and Angel stories, another SS/HG that seems cool-and this.
I have never seen Severus so shitty, and Hermione so wimpy.

I would never say anything about you as a person (I don\'t know you) however I won\'t say I was shocked or disgusted by this story. Very disappointed is more like it.
And as for the OCC part, you have already said they were OCC (very very) so no need to go over that.
I think that what bothers me the most about this story is that it\'s really not about magic or a Witch and a Wizard or anything of that nature. It\'s more of a bad soap opera with the leading woman Hermione, being a dispirited, sad doormat well, not even a door mat-more like toilet paper for Severus, and Severus being pretty much a nasty, abusive fuck. Not exactly the type fanfic one enjoys reading, not to mention from this story it does appear that you are anti-SS/HG (your biz).
Disrespecting HG to the ulimate is bad enough, but he\'s also completely disrespecting his profession, and AD. We all usually write somewhat based on our experiences, so I hope that this is not reflecting something you\'re going through with a man. If so-get out this second. And I\'m not trying to be cute or funny or sarcastic-I\'m sincere on that.
