Severus has sex with other woman in the bed he shares with Hermione but, she stays with him because he only gives her roses and not the other women. Is this some type of sick joke? Who are these characters, they damned sure aren\'t Hermione and Severus. Not to mention you said it\'s only Hermione\'s 6th. year, so Severus is a child molester as well as a creep. Longbottom would not be as weak and pathetic as Hermione is in this story.

You must really love the whole HG/SS thing. Well actually, probably not.

Excuse me I don\'t need anyone to fight my battles for me. I didn\'t ask or request one of my friends to step in and defend me. She did so on her own.
I also never said that I don\'t like criticism, I said I felt there was no need for non-constructive criticism. Again if you would take the time to truly read
my response you would\'ve seen that I have yet to delete ANY reviews. But yes I would delete reviews that bash the way I write a certain character without
any reason behind except you don\'t like my interpetation of them. I would also delete reviews bashing me as a person because none of you know me, so
don\'t assume that you do.

Again you\'re saying that SS and HG are out of character... how do any of us really know what is or isn\'t in character except for JKR. They\'re her creations, not
ours. We just borrow them for pure entertainment. So if I see SS and HG together this way in some dark future... why not? Because its not your vision? Because
you don\'t see them that way? Well thats all fine and good but don\'t tell me that the way I see them is wrong. I just see them differently [in this one story]

for her defense of me but I didn\'t ask for it. And I never will. I know that I\'m a good author in my own right. And just because people don\'t like the way I\'m
writing a character that doesn\'t even belong to them isn\'t going to stop me from doing so.

I won\'t be taking this story down, I know that HG and SS are OCC but I wrote them that way and I will leave them as is...

Well, I\'m going to assume you\'re a teenager or very young woman. I have noticed that yonger woman tend to like angsty stories. I guess there\'s no need to tell you that this story is totally unrealistic and OCC. Unless, perhaps HG gets the Dementor\'s kiss and loses her mind and self-respect along with her soul.

As far as Severus-why the hell would Albus keep a totally crappy, sick loser who brings whores into the school. The way you\'ve written this Severus he doesn\'t need to be anywhere near young girls.

This story was so unrealistic and OCC that it\'s hard to take it serioulsy. I think you should think about not writing anymore SS/HG stories. Or perhaps I\'m wrong and you\'re really a HG/RW shipper that wants to make a HG/SS story as OCC and creepy as possible.

Not to jump into the fray here but-I just hate the way these characters are written. And you are entitled to your view of them and you shouild leave it up of course.

I do hope HG gets some type of revenge.

Look, I am trying here because I respect every writer, but this story was just way too OCC for me. And yes the entire relationship would never happen in canon. I just wish that since you are a good writer, that you would have \"respected\" the characters more.

SS bringing whores to bed is just so far out, and Hermione accepting it and staying is even more so.

This is an interesting character study, and it\'s well written. Canon Severus Snape could very well be this dysfunctional. Contrary to what some people seem to believe, canon Snape is not the dashing, romantic leading man of fanon. I suspect that canon Snape would be as possessive and conflicted as the one depicted here. People with damaged psyches, who secretly believe themselves unworthy of love, do take irrational actions that push others away, and are seemingly unable to stop themselves. I could see Hermione becoming a co-dependent personality. It\'s very possible that her basic loyalty and her faith in her ability to \'make things better\' could eclipse her better judgement. As for being in character or not, this is set in the future and we don\'t know what effect the events of the remaining two books will have on either Hermione or Snape. I would like to think that Hermione would grow to be stronger than to allow herself to remain in a vicious cycle of abuse and despair. However, I will not claim that it\'s impossible for her to do so - people that we \"think\" we know end up surprising us everyday in our real lives, why not in fiction?

I\'d hate to see HG turn out to be a woman like this. My God, she\'d be better off facing Voldermort. A very disturbing fic but, I suppose that\'s what you intended. And I have to agree with a previous reviewer that I would consider Hermione to be not just disturbed and a co-dependent, but mentally ill.
