Bad Form. Really, the flame wars on WIKTT are enough. When I saw this posted I felt I had to Do you the curtesy of reading it and then passing judgement just as I did the fic you have parodied. I have read and I don\'t like what I see. This is just petty and with all the rude remarks ve rve read this week I have to say is just too much.

God bless you! I do find this funny! I don\'t believe for a second that the Hermione of the fic we are talking about is a doormat, but I also appreciate how these alternate stories and universes run!

In the end, all we do have is our laughter.

I can tell exactly which fic you are mocking, considering I\'ve been dilecently reading it for awhile now.

This certainly gave me a good laugh. Though I don think if you have any issues about how Hermione is being protrayed, it should be brought up with the author.

Hmm.. or not, Nesscafe might have already brought it to their attention.

As much as i enjoy fanfics, I feel they all must be taken with a grain of salt and not taken too seriously. Certainly we are not all professional writers. But in truth, many do get started doing Fanfiction that is later published. Look at all thouse books out there for Star Wars. George Lucas certainly has no hand iitiniting those. Thankfully, especally after those last two films.. he\'s lost his touch.

Certainly there are many fanfics in thinre nre that portray a caracter differently than we would like to see. I\'m still waiting for the ones where they portray Severus as how they describe him in the books. (Glamors to make him look ugly? What\'s with that crock?) And certainly ones that Protray Hermione as being very different. I read one where they had a tendancy to beat the crap out of each other, full on brawls. Yet they were romanticlly linked. Odd to say the least. Then there is the utter tripe of fluff fics and porn without plot.

Anyways, I did enjoy your little jab at one of my current reads. ^_^ Make it a series perhaps, find another one that needs a bit of a \'mowing\'. All in good fun and jest I say. ^_^

Umm actually I was just reviewing the fic. It\'s not my place to tell the other author they are being spoofed. I\'m sure they will see this themselves. They might even think it\'s funny for all I know.

I left an honest review because they said they could \"take it\" implying they wouldn\'t mind (maybe even expected) the flame. I would usually just not bother to review. I don\'t like being a nasty critic and I prefer to say nice things to people. I know I would hate to receive negative feedback myself. The tone of this fic felt like a hateful stab instead of a funny spoof or maybe I would have found it humorous.

Or maybe not, my mother always said I didn\'t have a sense of humor... Maybe that\'s why I never liked watching SNL... Hmm...

Don\'t you think that this is taking the whole \"discussion\" too far? Talking about why you dislike a fic in a forum is one thing, taking a potshot at the author with a meanspirited parody is quite another. I thought the whole beef about not liking that other fic was because it wasn\'t how a \"normal\" grown up person would act; doing this just brings you down to that level. Oh, and the whole huge boob comment was hilarious, except not really, in fact, not at all. Just another point that this is very childish when you pick on someone\'s chosen name to put them down and make yourself look better.

Can\'t say I liked it. Thougt hat had a very mocking and rude tone to it. If you wanted to spoof the other fic you could have done it in a more enjoyable fashion.
