SUMMARY: Everyone always expected that Harry would defeat Voldemort. The year
he graduates, he has his final showdown with Voldemort,
and loses. Alive but defeated and
broken, Harry escapes into seclusion, leaving the wizarding
world no clue to where he’s gone. But in
his wake there are survivors, living in the world of tyranny and darkness. With Dumbledore
lost in the folds of time, Moody captured, and McGonagall
dead, Hermione Granger, the self-made leader of the
resistance; Ron Weasley, a battle-hardened auror with great and spectacular powers; and Ginny Weasley, the most powerful oracle to sit at Delphi
in the past five centuries, are the figureheads of the wizarding
world’s revolution. Darkness changes
once innocent children to battle weary, hard-hearted warriors...for both sides
of the war. And five years after Harry’s
disappearance, things start to happen. Draco/Ginny Snape/Hermion Blaise/Luna
