I am Nymphadora Tonks, daughter of Andromeda and Ted Tonks, I just turned 17, Mum said I may be effected by the marriage law, and if I am, I will not be allowed to move back home after the semester, I would be required to live with my husband. I left for my 6th year of Hogwarts, I knew something was a bit off, some girls didnt return, I wondered when I could get a letter from the ministry, a month into the school year, I was walking to Snape's classroom when my owl dropped a letter in my hands. I didnt think twice, but sprinted for the room.

I knew immediately what the letter was for but still I was shocked. I didn't want it to happen but it was. I didn't want to get married and I knew that if I did I would never be able to return home during the holidays unless my husband decided to go. I'd have to go back home to my husband. I dropped the letter as if it was a hot object and I looked at it nervously afraid to open it.

Snape kept looking up at me from his desk, but soon stood and approached me. "Miss Tonks is there a problem?" I shook my head and stared at the floor. He reached for the letter on my desk, and immediately frowned "Go Straight to Dumbledore's office, Do not stall on the way." he said. When I arrived, Dumbledore was waiting. he informed me that I had one of 2 choices, Charlie Weasley who was a year older than me, or Remus Lupin who was 13 years older than me.

The only con of marrying Charlie, i would be forced to leave Hogwarts and go to Romania, If I agreed to marry Remus, I could live in his flat and floo in for my classes. I sat for a long time debating, and made up my mind.
