First and foremost, thank you for taking an interest in my story =) For those of you who are familiar with my other stories, yes, I am reusing the character of Sadie Black, although I have made some minor alterations. For now, I am providing two chapters for you all to munch on and, if you're intrigued and craving more, let me know and I shall only be pleased to obey. Again, thank you and I hope you enjoy my latest baby! Bon appetite! ~S.B.<3
Chapter One: Welcome Home
“Why do you hate me so much?” Sadie Black asked, casually leaning against Severus Snape's doorway.
He stared back at her from his desk, his hard black eyes digging into her sparkling blue pair.
“Why the hell are you here, Black? Don't you have some unpacking to do?”
“Yes. But that can wait. I've waited 15 years for an answer, and I intend to get one.”
“And what if I don't intend on answering you?”
“You will.” She said with the customary cocky Black smirk. “Goodnight, Professor.” And with that, she shut his door and sauntered off to her room.
“Stupid Blacks.” Severus spat towards the door.
Sadie slipped behind one of the statues in Hogwarts that would lead her right in front of her chamber door. She bowed her head slightly and entered the secret passageway that her brothers had found during their fun-filled years at Hogwarts as grade-A marauders.
She entered her classroom and proceeded up the short staircase that led to her bedchamber. There, she disrobed and it dropped to a heap onto the cream-coloured carpet below her. She proceeded to slip off her form-fitting black dress and swiftly kicked it behind her, forcing it to join her robe, leaving her in her matching black and pink lace bra and panty set and her favourite accessory- black Christian Louboutin stilettos. She then walked over to the small stack of trunks and suitcases and ran her fingers across the edge of one large trunk seated on her white lounge chair before popping open the latches. Out sprang numerous shelves holding her precious red-soled shoe collection.
‘No one makes ‘em like the Muggles,’ she happily thought as she slipped off the pair she currently wore and placed them in the only vacant space.
With no desire to withhold sleep any longer, she murmured a quick incantation and her suitcases and trunks emptied and dispersed the contents on their own throughout the storage apparatuses located in her new bedroom. As she walked past the small pile of her day’s attire on the floor, she quickly glanced at it and the pieces separately glided into their rightful places in her wardrobe.
After completing her nightly routine, she pulled back the white bed sheets and climbed in. She sunk into the giant white pillows behind her and released a pleasurable sigh.
‘You sure do know how to arrange the best accommodations for your staff, Dumbledore,’ she thought with a smile.
She stared at the ceiling, which was- specially-ordered- enchanted to appear as the night’s sky, just as the Great Hall. It wasn’t difficult to find one, especially-bright star.
Sadie grinned and said, “Welcome home.”
